Paraíso Del Mar (Paradise by the sea) is a beautifully furnished and spacious custom home nestled on a hillside in the Del Mar Terrace area of Del Mar. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, coastal cliffs and Los Peñasquitos lagoon, from the picturesque windows and balcony. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Master bedroom: King bed, full Murphy bed and bathroom, 2 other rooms: Queen beds that share a full bathroom. TESLA CHARGER on-site. The Paraíso Del Mar vacation home is located 3/4 a mile from Torrey Pines State Beach/State Reserve, it’s a twenty-minute drive to Downtown San Diego and a five-minute drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course and the quaint seaside village of Del Mar where you’ll find local coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, popular beaches, unique boutiques and the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Thoroughbred Club and Racetrack. This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are several beautiful and comfortable seating and entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space is well landscaped with a furnished foyer, kitchen with built-in BBQ and fire pit, patio lights, outdoor lounge and table for al fresco dining. Inside, you’ll love the large, well-appointed kitchen that has all you’ll need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are two separate and spacious living rooms and the formal dining room seats 8 guests. The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and a Murphy bed with a full-size mattress and is accessible through the main house and also has a separate entrance. This suite has a kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. The two guest bedrooms in the hallway have queen size beds that share a full bathroom. A queen size self-inflating air mattress and 2 single futons are available for additional sleeping arrangements. There is parking available for up to 2 cars on the right side of the driveway and free on street parking. Please note that there is a permanent tenant in the separate downstairs unit of the home that parks on the left side of the driveway. Other things to note: There are 15 steps that lead up to the entrance/front door of the house. No pets allowed No Smoking No parties Security cameras located outdoors: 1. On street pole with view of driveway 2. Outside corner of backyard - view of lawn 3. Outside corner of house by laundry room entry 4. Above entry stairs 5. Doorbell - front door There are no interior recording or video devices.

We loved our stay here! This home fit our family of 7 adults perfectly. Unfortunately it was cloudy all weekend, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the amazing views this home offers, but the clouds didn’t deter our great weekend in San Diego! Judy was so wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

This property continues to to a wonderful experience! It is clean, comfortable, and has everything you could need. The beach is wonderfully accessible, as is the freeway for heading to attractions. This is our second visit over the years and we will stay again when we travel to the San Diego area, no question.

The house was clean and easy to live in with great views and outside areas where you can relax and entertain! We had days of rain so having a nice house to enjoy was awesome. The host was very responsive and gave us great tips for restaurants and activities. Great VRBO rental!

Our family enjoyed this well stocked home, with beautiful views in a perfect location. We escaped the snowstorm to beautiful weather. The host added a Christmas tree and decorations which was especially nice. The kitchen and baths were the best furnished we have seen in a rental properties. Lots of space inside and out. Truly enjoyed our time there.

Five adults were more than comfortable. Upscale modern kitchen equipped beyond imagination. Social areas inside and outside are spacious and beautiful. Small deck on ocean side. Surprisingly huge, but private sitting areas in the fully finished backyard area. We enjoyed the fire pit on cool nights and casted movies to the large TV in the living room on rainy nights. Excellent high end gas grill. No shortage of linens. Beautifully decorated. Felt like home and Judy was proactive and attentive to every detail. We’ll be back !!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was spacious and perfect for our group of 8. The outdoor space is truly something special. The neighborhood does have some construction which can lead to some noise but nothing too bad. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance.

This property's ideal location about a 15 minute walk to Torrey Pines Beach. The house is absolutely beautiful, and has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with every dish, pan, utensil imaginable. Ample/extra bedding/pillows/towels available. Washer/dryer in home very convenient. We also appreciated that toiletries were available in the bathrooms, and that there was coffee/Keurig in the kitchen! The outdoor entertainment area in the back of the house if perfect for grilling out, relaxing. There is also a small balcony in the front which is great for watching the sunset. Wifi works perfectly. The home was very clean, check-in and check-out process easy and the Judy was quick to respond to a question I had. Definitely recommend this property.

This was an awesome house with plenty of seating and hanging out options! We loved hanging outside front porch as we made dinner and loved enjoying morning coffee on the back deck as we watched the lagoon and ocean. Great location! Walking distance from a few cute restaurants. Very short driving trip to hiking and beach visits. Plenty of bath towels and cooking cookingware available. However, there wasn't one dish towel to use which made food prep and clean up difficult.

Great property with large indoor spaces, as we'll as a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather. It is an easy walk to the beach and even into Del Mar, although a bit longer; but the property is near highway 5, which makes everything very accessible. The kitchen had an abundance of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. as well as high end appliances. We would definitely stay again! The beds were comfortable, supplied linens were abundant and everything we needed was there.

This home is great. It doesn’t have AC which proved challenging during the heatwave but we were provided fans. There are some chickens at the neighbors who give you a morning wake up call too and unfortunately there was loud construction weekdays in addition. We did enjoy our stay here though, the views are wonderful & you are perfectly located to LaJolla & San Diego.

this was a PERFECT house for me and my family while in town for a wedding at Torrey Pines. close to ocean, hikes and the Lodge! it's about 20 Min from the airport (with no traffic...which you should plan for). Close to Del Mar with cute shops and good restaurants. Also close to a good local coffee shop.

We spent 12 days at Sea Glass and loved every moment. The location is very convenient to close by delicious restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop. We spent every day outside enjoying the beautiful Del Mar weather. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return.

We loved our time at the Sea Glass home. Came to see my son's ship come in from deployment and wanted a place for us to stay that would be beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing with enough space for a famy of 8. This home did not disappoint us at all. It was just perfect. My sailor was amazed and relaxed after a long deployment. House has everything you need and more.
