About this house rental
NEW beach-modern farmhouse in South Rehoboth built in 2022. Professionally interior designed. Sleeps up to 12 people (max 9 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, modern kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar, patio with pool (pool is open from May - Oct and heated during spring & fall ), outdoor fire table, grill & outdoor seating - endless entertainment. Sleep in comfort with luxury pillow top mattresses on all beds! (Renters will need to bring or rent their own sheets) Open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Conveniently located on 2nd ocean block, 5-minute walk to surf and sand and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! Wonderful vacation home for making lasting memories!

This house is in the perfect location—just a short walk from the beach as well as all of the shops and restaurants. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The house and amenities truly make it feel like a home away from home. Kristin was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

The house was perfect for our two families of 4 - with room to spare. It’s a beautiful and comfortable space. Kristin was so pleasant to work with and easy to access if needed. The location is perfectly situated for a quick walk to either the beach or downtown. House was super clean and well appointed. Would stay again!

We had a marvelous time at an absolutely fantastic property! No negatives except the weather, and the fireplace made up for the extreme cold.
