About this house rental
Nestled in Lanesborough, this attractive house for $304 per night is a great option for your next break. Treat yourself and be our guest at our terrific mountainside getaway, a private condo nestled at the base of Jiminy Peak hidden from the ski crowds and busy parking lots! This super clean and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is over 1,500 sq ft and has all the necessities with plenty of extras including: new king bedroom set, stainless-steel appliances, large smart TVs, a Nintendo Switch, a washer & dryer, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, 2 parking spots, and free access to Jiminy's amenities (restaurants, pools, equipment rental, gym, ski shop). It's conveniently located close to the bunny ski lift (a 4 min walk). Ski until 10pm then leave the crowds behind and relax by our wood burning fireplace with Netflix, Spotify, Prime, etc. You’ll love it! In addition to the king bed and two twins, we also provide a queen air mattress and a roll away twin bed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests can park in the two designated spots in front of the condo. We are available to answer any questions by phone/text before and throughout your stay. This unit is a 90 second walk to our other beautiful condo which is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit called "Jiminy Peak Mountainside Getaway in the Berkshires". Guests often book both to accommodate family members visiting for special occasions such as weddings, graduation ceremonies, concerts and reunions. The condo is just a short drive to Williams college, Mass MOCA, Mt Greylock, Pittsfield, Tanglewood, nearby lakes, local farms, breweries, horseback riding and much more. Guests can ski nearby at Bosquet, Butternut, Catamount, Bromley, Mt. Snow and Stratton within 30 to 90 min. For golfers, our condo is a short drive from Waubeeka Golf Links and several other courses in the area as well.

My family stayed here for a weekend of skiing and everything about it was exceptional. The owner, David, is extremely responsive and helpful. The check-in process could not be easier and there are so many special touches throughout the condo that make it feel like “home.” It was immaculate and provided everything we needed (and more!) for a great weekend. It is an easy walk to the cricket lift. I have stayed at numerous properties at Jiminy and this is by far the best!

We found the house cosy and comfortable. The hosts checked in to see how our stay was going and if they could help. It was a good place from where to do fall activities: biking, apple picking, fall festivals, and dining among others.

We stayed here for our annual girls’ weekend and it was beautiful. The condo is clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful views and a great resort. All of the instructions were easy to follow and the little welcome goodies were a treat! We’ll be back for sure!

We were visiting the Berkshires for a wedding and this condo was perfectly located between the wedding venue in Williamstown and other notable sites in the Berkshires. The condo was very clean, well-stocked with staples, and quite comfortable. We enjoyed having the opportunity to hang out as a family in the evenings in a home setting rather than in separate rooms in a hotel. I appreciated the host's quick replies to my questions and his fantastic suggestions for good hiking in the area (Mt. Greylock!) as well as other sights to see during our short visit.

David and Gina are the quintessential hosts, making themselves available for anything we could have needed. I highly recommend their home for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay when visiting the area.

A Well Appointed Home
The pictures are accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed, including various pot and pan sizes. The furniture was comfortable and the lighting good. The new grill worked well. The beds were comfortable. We used the AC once and it worked fine. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels. Most importantly, it is a 20 minute ride to The Clark Institute, which is a fabulous museum and a 30 minute ride to Mass MoCA in No Adams. A real find for two couples!

Great place to stay in the Berkshires
We stayed here to attend Tanglewood and go to museums in Williamstown and N. Adams. It was very convenient for both! In the past, we've stayed at hotels in the area for short summer stays, but would definitely return here next time. The condo is very well equipped, including in both kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable. And the owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The unit is exactly as depicted in the descriptions and photographs. It's very nice, immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked with everything you'll need. David is the consummate host, readily available and immediately responsive, offering local tips and knowledge, and clearly committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable in all respects. This is the perfect base to enjoy the Berkshires!

Nice place to stay for a few days
Property in excellent condition- very clean. Owner takes great pride in his unit and communicates regularly. I would advise getting to unit in daylight hours as finding it in the dark (we did) was difficult. Suggested to owner that he provide a map to future occupants to help guide to unit once in the Jiminy Peak area. There are stairs to climb to get to unit- maybe 12. There are no ramps. But overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights there and would do it again.

Perfect Condo great location for hiking Mt. Greylock
The condo was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Berkshires. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you would need. A really nice touch was the snack basket. It is really close to Mt. Greylock were there is great hiking and to the Botanical Gardens in Stockbridge. We went to dinner at great restaurants in Lenox, Stockbridge and Williamstown and each of these locations was an easy drive from the condo. David & Gina were easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to the Berkshires.

Had an incredible stay. The condo was even nicer than in the pics. Fully stocked. Walking distance to skiing. Host was very accommodating and communicative.

Fall Get-away
The condo was very neat and comfortable and well equipped with everything possible that we could have needed, including snacks! Our only issue was with the heat as we had a hard time adjusting it. It's a lovely condo and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.
