Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a very nice place. Reasonably priced for our dates. Appears recently remodeled. In quiet residential neighborhood. Not walking distance to anything BUT centrally located in Cape. Grocery store and some shops 5 min drive.

Beautiful updated and clean rental property. Great floor plan and totally updated. Comfortable beds and great open kitchen/dining area. Pond nearby for swimming and 10-15 minutes to various beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights and loved this house. The bedrooms are perfect (beds are so comfortable), the kitchen has almost everything you need, and my adult kids could not stop talking about the showers in the bathrooms--very luxurious. Only negatives were that the outdoor shower did not seem to be working (Turnkey offered to come look at it, but we declined). Also, make sure you bring your own toilet paper. They only supplied one roll of t.p. per bathroom for a party of 7 for 5 days. (also only three small garbage bags and one roll of paper towel). But on the whole, this house is lovely and very much recommended

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a newly remodeled house in Harwich. The house was gorgeous and everything was clean and brand new. we were steps away from the pond and only a short distance from many Bay beaches. The house had everything you needed. I was disappointed in the fact that the air conditioning did not work on the 2nd floor the first night and it was 90 degrees on the second floor.The company did come and fix the air conditioning by the 2nd day but we were without it for one night. The TV did not work on main floor which was disappointing. WE had to watch TV in the bedroom with the only other TV. WE were directly impacted by the Tornado and lost power for 4 days. WE had no gas grill outside and was told we did so we could not grill so we had to throw a lot of our food away. It was inconvenient to lose power for 4 days but understand this was out of the renters hands. The house is gorgeous and a great house to rent we just had some bumps during our stay.
