We booked this house for the Alabama vs Texas game to entertain clients. Perfect location to get to the stadium with Billy’s Sports bar within walking distance. Every room had its own bathroom and that was a huge part of what made it so great.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. With 4 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms it was perfect for our family visit for graduation. Only 5 minutes from Univ of AL campus and convenient location to all the bars & restaurants.

Our family came for a long weekend for my sons graduation. We could not have found a better place ! Location fabulous; very short distance to UA. We walked a short distance to the quaint town of Northport and loved it . The house is spotless and has everything you need. We were able to meet the host and they were absolutely lovely! We had left us wine and chocolates which we enjoyed. Best VRBO I have stayed at. 10 star place for sure

This property is amazing! Not just the fabulous house, that is impeccably furnished and decorated, but the grounds and location were convenient and serene! After the hustle and bustle of gameday and campus crowds, it was nice to drive a short 5min to this beautiful area of Northport. The owners were very responsive and helpful and we will definitely rent again!

Great rental! Clean and spacious! A few unexpected extras (bottled water, and snacks), walking distance to shopping and a couple of restaurants, and a short drive across the river to Downtown Tuscaloosa. One call to mgmt about the hot water heater was returned immediately and problem resolved. Would definitely recommend to those who want to be close to everything but far enough away from game day crowds to also be able to relax!

Dried bodily fluids on one bedroom sheets Dog hair in another bed Hair in the shower No hot water the entire stay Deceiving the townhouse stresses that it can sleep 10 it does not only 8 person. Why would you mention any where in the advertise that it would slept 10 if it can't. Host was rude and uncaring The host did not provide property access info. Had to track them down and was advised that they had the wrong email address. The worst customer service I think I have ever had. Could not reach any one during the time of stay to fix the water problems. This place is over priced and not worth the money. The beds were awful. My husband slept in a chair I slept on some towels I brought from home. I never do rating ever but the HOST and the Townhouse deserves a minus 0 !!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property. The community and townhome were thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated (pictures don’t do it justice). There is plenty of space and privacy, each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The tankless water system takes a minute to heat up, so be patient. Just a minute walk to a quaint little town with great shops and restaurants, we loved Billy’s sports grill. We will definitely stay again!

We loved being 3 blocks from adorable downtown Northport. (City Cafe is yummy.) This property is also just across the River from downtown Tuscaloosa where we went for coffee (Just Love Coffee Cafe). Most of our time was spent with family (flew drones at Monty Sokol Park, eating out at Guthries and Taco Casa, Escape Tuscaloosa escape room) but we enjoyed walking the Northport River Walk in its entirety. You can access it just behind the property. This clean, well stocked property is brand new and really roomy! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so lots of privacy. We loved the trains. And of course, bringing along our precious dog was a bonus. The owners are very friendly, responsive and caring. You’ll feel right at home like we did.

Ten of us resided in this luxurious vacation home. Pleasantly, we had more than enough room, especially with the accommodation of having five bathrooms. Upon entering the home, we all felt very welcomed and cozy with the live musical fire place scene on a large flat screen television. We loved the Eloquent decor of furnishings , beautiful pots, pans, dishwasher, and utensils,. We were amazingly surprised with having the accommodations of a refrigerated electronic wine cellar . We enjoyed knowing a washer and driver were provided if needed. We all felt relaxed and energized with having peaceful nights from the very plush, comfy, and beautiful bedding. This property deserves a five star rating .We all felt very safe in the area along with having an alarm system in the home, Local stores and restaurants were conveniently located. And last but not least, We were extremely impressed with the expedient response we received from our host., once again, this property receives a five star rating..

I was amazed to how easy the check in process was and the host was very helpful and even called to check in to make sure everything was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect as we walked to the City Cafe for breakfast and Billy's sport bar is just a few steps further. Getting to the University of Alabama was easier than I have ever experienced. Definitely will stay here again and so should you!

My immediate family is spread over three states and this was a central location for us to get together for Christmas. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for a weekend get together. The only issue we had was the hot water did not consistently stay warm. We did not realize the issue until the night before we left therefore did not call to report. Since we were the first to rent the place, feel it just needs some adjustment. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The property was beautiful. Pictures do no justice. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was everything you could want and more. It is in a nice little historic downtown area with shops, boutiques and great food. We had dinner at Billy's and really enjoyed it. After dinner we went next door to Mark's market and picked up a nice bottle of wine. I can't forget breakfast the next morning at city cafe. It was great. I definitely look forward to coming back and having some good southern cooking for lunch. The best part is this was all within walking distance from the townhouse. Overall great experience and we will stay here again when we come back to visit!
