Not only was everything clean, convenient, but Gina furnished a dog bowl, a ball (which Phoebe unfortunately ro9lled under the furniture in the den and I couldn't reach it) but also dog treats. Coffee and creamer was furnished along with spices. Awesome kitchen and the shower was great. Will stay there again if I have to be in the area.

The views from this house were amazing and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day.
The location provided easy access to downtown Van Buren, downtown Fort Smith, and Barling.
I will definitely be staying here again.

This property was exactly as described. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. When we pulled there were deer in the backyard. Host was very responsive.

I must learn how to rent handicap friendly VRBO’s. I would suggest having a recliner in the living room even for people without handicaps. I got along fine except for living room. I used my wheel chair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was sorry the back of the house faced West. It was too hot ti sit out in the beautiful deck. Overall I give you a five and I love your dishes & silverware. It was a pleaduress as now two days

Had to google earth to find the house directions didn’t take us right to it, saw roach when we flipped on light contact the owner she sent long message saying she’s never had that problem basically she didn’t believe us, would not recommend

What a lovely, comfortable home Ms. Gina is offering to visitors of the Van Buren/Ft. Smith area! We feel so fortune we were able to snag this chaming house on a weekend the Ark-Mo Railroad was taking passengers from Van Buren to Winslow. We were only 5 minutes drive away from the downtown depot..
We truly enjoyed having our 2 small dogs with us. They had a huge fenced yard to play in. The inside of the house featured a custom kitchen and master bath. Everything was so well-planned, clean and functional, not to nention, easy on the eye. The beds and furniture were really comfortable. The linens were tops.
This house gets top marks from me. We can hardly wait -_+to return and recommend it without reservation to fellow travelers everywhere.[

We only had time for a two night stay, and the house was perfect. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. The host is wonderful. The home has everything you will need and then some. The neighborhood is just ok, but close to everything. I would recormmend this house and would defintly stay here again.

We enjoyed this property. The location is nice because it’s not too far from everything. Plenty of seating in the living area and around the dining table, which is something we look for.

A friend and I were in town working. Perfect for our needs. We watched deer every evening while we grilled on the back deck. Very clean house lots of extra amenities. It’s in a really quiet neighborhood. Gina is an excellent host. Communication was quick and easy as well as checking in. We will stay again. 5 star

This was a cute little place that has obviously been updated on the inside. I loved the big fenced in yard so I could bring my dog. We saw deer every day from the back patio. Kitchen is well stocked. The only issue we had was the locks to the bathroom is on the outside and so we got locked inside the bathroom at times and had to call someone else in the house to unlock it.

This house was adorable. 5 min to down town where we went on the train to Winslow, MS. Also had a festival where we went to shops and hung out. The view was beautiful. The cutest was the outdoor swing. Very clean and unique home features. Great host and was accommodating to family & dog.

Lovely quiet convenient location
Situated in an older charming neighborhood along the river. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled with lovely decor. Loved having more open floor space with our dogs along. I didn't feel like we were walking into them during the day. Having a yard was excellent for the dogs and we used it frequently. For a southern cook, the kitchen was surprisingly stocked with solid basics plus a bit more 😁 making it very easy for me to make a few meals for my family while visiting. And there are a couple grocery stores within 5 miles. Loved waking around downtown Van Buren, lots of wonderful shops. Our host was wonderfully communicative and easy to reach. We will absolutely be back!

This place is AMAZING!! It was perfect for our little getaway. The property is beautiful and looks even better than the pics❤️ We even had a couple deer come across the property🥰 The owner was so accommodating. She even had a bottle of local wine ready for us💖

GPS wasn't clear in getting us there but once we got there it was a great little house. Could see the AR River from the property. Great space on the inside, very nice remodel, had everything you needed. Will def stay again! Owner was very responsive and allowed us to ck in early and check out later.

Great property for get away
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and was furnished with a lot of nice stuff. The shower was really nice. The owner was very courteous and quickly responded to any questions we had.
