About this condo rental
Situated in Fort Smith, this charming condo for $119 per night is a great option for your next break. Old Fort Loft is a contemporary three story apartment in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. Just blocks away from the U.S. Marshals Museum, Arkansas River, Fort Smith museum, National Cemetery, Convention Center, and the Amphitheater. Numerous restaurants and city nightlife are all within walking distance. There are lots of activities going on in Fort Smith and our apartment is at the hub. Our space is three stories. On the first floor you will find a long garage big enough for two cars or 20 motorcycles. You will have full use of the garage during your stay. We have a Nema14-50 outlet, just right to charge your electric vehicle. The second floor has our living room with pull-out sofa, dining area, half bath, and full kitchen with island counter. Outside of the living area is a spacious porch with patio furniture. The third floor is where we keep the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. You will have access to the full sized washer/dryer.

This is our second visit and it did not disappoint. Close to town center, restaurants and now the Marshalls museum.

Cute condo that is comfortably decorated. Very nice setting that is close enough to walk to a lot of Ft. Smith’s fun attractions. The host has thought of everything to make your stay pleasant and right at home!

My friend and our two daughters stayed at Jim's property this past weekend while we attended a dance competition in town. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The space allowed both families to spread out and our girls had plenty of space to get ready for dance! We also enjoyed having the garage. We were able to pull both of our vehicles in and felt extremely safe at night. Jim was very responsive when we had questions; I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming into town.

Easy to find and access the location, just over the bridge from OK into Ft Smith. We really enjoyed the stay, from the LP collection to the quiet deck and courtyard, the property was great. We only wished we could stay longer.

My family and I rented this unit to attend a graduation. The unit was just as described, very clean and equipped with everything. We especially like being able to park inside a garage and my husband loved the record collection. Thank you for sharing your home with us! If we are ever in the area again, we will check your availability first.

The property is very nice and you can tell that the owners take care of it. There are a few complaints that I would list out:
1. You can hear everything. Trains, cars, and 18-wheelers. In fact, when an 18-wheeler drives by, the whole home shakes.
2. There are a lot of homeless people that reside in the area. We were visited by a prostitute at the door at one point.
3. The owners have a whole section in their welcome book that is just about fire and brimstone. My sister is a devout Christian and even she found it to be in poor taste.
4. Although none of us were expecting to drink, it should be noted that the owners do not allow alcohol on the premises and you only discover this after you arrive.

There are so many great restaurants and entertainment close by. Be sure to check out Bricktown Brewery, La Huerta’s Mexican Food, Papas Pizza, Landry’s, Rolando’s Nuevo Restaurant, and AJs Oyster House. The Artistic Bean is a great coffee house on Garrison and the Bakery District always has something going on and also has Fort Smith Coffee Co.
The garage in the condo is huge. We were able to fit my Ram 1500, our Road Glide, and my daughter’s Equinox in the garage with 4 bicycles and still had plenty of room.
The condo is 3 stories, all stairs (just FYI). Not an issue for us but could be for some.
We will be back again!!

This property is amazing. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, and within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. The hosts are wonderful communicators. I strongly recommend staying at this wonderful apartment when you are in Fort Smith. I will stay at this property again in the future.

Close proximity to everything downtown. Walk everywhere. Bicycles are in the garage to ride the riverfront trail. Very clean and spacious unit. Very long garage enough for two cars.

Old Town Loft was an amazing experience. Because of our need to charge our vehicle, Old Town Loft was our only option in Fort Smith and I’m glad it was!! The location was amazing. Being so close to downtown, we were able to visit local restaurants. The size of the loft was perfect. We were traveling with our 2 1/2 month old and everyone had plenty of space. It was also super comfy and homey. I don’t think our baby realized he wasn’t at his own home!! This is a hidden gem that I am so glad that we found. I hope it is available every time that we need to travel to Fort Smith!!

Excellent Property! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this property and it’s owners! It is located in a great spot for easily walking to shops and restaurants. The home is so well appointed with everything you could need or want - just like your own home! Beds are fantastic and the en-suite baths make for great privacy. Garage is spacious for two cars. Coffee service is such a nice touch! The response and thoughtful communications from the owners was top notch. Just an overall excellent experience!

Our Annual Sibling Loft Stay
We are 4 sisters and 1 brother that meet once a year for a weekend. The loft was perfect for us. The Loft was very clean and room for us to spend the weekend visiting and catching up! Check in and out was very easy.

Everything was first rate. Beds very comfortable. Well stocked. Had much more than expected. Very convenient to walk to the city center and restaurants.

Cozy home
This tri-level townhome had comforts of home which made our stay pleasant. The garage was a bonus as we parked the suburban in the garage each night. The car and train noise at night/morning took some getting used too as we aren't use to traffic noise at home. The drive to my sister's home was 30-40 minutes but we prefer to stay in Fort Smith as it has every amenity in town. The owners offer their vinyl's and record player which was a bonus for us (great selection). We played music the whole time we were home. Thank you! The owners are kind and gracious which is always a bonus.
