My partner & I stayed here for our 1st anniversary. This lovely house was great for us! Within a short drive of everything we wanted, including the zoo, aquarium, and BB Cruises. We enjoyed the hot tub and enclosed fence as well as the rain shower as well as the very comfortable beds. There's a full kitchen with everything you'd need to make meals (we did breakfasts here) plus Findlay Market a 5 min drive/20 min walk away. We had a gorgeous and historic place to come back to after sightseeing. This was everything we wanted in a rental for our anniversary!

Made a short trip here with some friends for my anniversary, the property was way nicer and cleaner than expected! Was very easy to get in contact with them to let them know we were running late, loved how he gave us his restaurant recommendations. Will definitely go back again when we go stay in Cincinnati!

We were in town for my daughter's graduation. My mother (75) had difficulty with the stairs. It would be great if that information was included in the listing, maybe it was and I missed it? We couldn't find the green bin for recyclables. But everything else was right where it was supposed to be. The bathrooms were fantastic and the recommendations in the binder were excellent. The hot tub was unusable, the water needed to be changed, it was cloudy and smelled bad. The neighborhood was questionable but it was nice and close to everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Let me first state that this house is amazing for 20 something’s who are literally going somewhere to sleep and have a kitchen. First, the hot tub, the whole purpose of getting this house, was filthy. Did I complain to manager? No. Why? We were there for 3 nights. Second, seating in living room for a party of 5, no. We had to rotate. It was not equipped for 5 people to relax after a long day at kings island. It is a house to go to bed and check out the area for the entire day and night. So, again, great for young people to stay. Not okay for people with kids or senior adults to stay. Before the manager comes at me about the house being left messy. NO! It was left in the same condition we found it. I have the pictures to prove it. We left no dishes in sink. We put trash out in alley.(don’t get my husband started on the gate to said alley) We cleaned the kitchen counters. Tried to put the towels in the basket in the front bedroom closet. But, we couldn’t get into said closet because there was no doorknob. Again, took pics. As I said before, great for 20 something’s. Not for a family of 5 that will sit around the table and eat a meal.
