About this condo rental
Situated in Over The Rhine, this charming condo for $145 per night is a great option for your next trip. In the heart of OTRs lively historic district. Beautifully renovated 2 story 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, shops, sporting events. Ziegler Park and Ziegler Pools can be enjoyed steps away. Plus free parking pass for The Ziegler Garage located directly behind the building. We have 2 other listings in our building. Another 2 bedroom and a smaller 1 bedroom. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each accommodates (2) additional twin beds if requested. All linens and towels are included. We also have a fully stocked kitchen. It's truly your home away from home! The new Cincinnati streetcar operates up to 18 hours a day and 365 days a year The fare is $1 for two hours and $2 for a day pass! The streetcar route is 3.6 miles long, traveling on a loop from Second Street (at The Banks on the riverfront) to Findlay Market in OTR. We are located 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Streetcar pick up. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area and it is often cheaper than a cab, or parking meters. Red Bike Rentals 1 & 1/2 block away. From the airport you can take the TANK bus for $2 and it drops you off at 5th and Main. Apartment is 13th and Main... 9 blocks away. This is a pretty fast and inexpensive alternative.

Everything was clean and stocked. I loved all the decor, I was always seeing something new and fun everywhere I looked. Having my name on the door helped us know we were in the right location and fun to see.

We did not end up staying at this location because we were concerned about the neighborhood and walking there at night. Since we were staying with two dogs that needed late night and early morning walks, we felt the area was unsafe, so we relocated to a different area. Denise, our host, was very understanding and worked with us and VRBO to make it right, given the circumstances. We would recommend her as a host and VRBO as a company.

Property is convenient for events at the Woodward theater. Lots of local restaurants nearby. There is a community pool behind the building. Property manager communicated check in and parking instructions promptly.

We booked as an alternative to staying in a hotel for the night. It was a very nice property, loved the location. Near a neat community pool and plenty of night life. Hope to stay again. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend. Owner was extremely responsive and timely to my questions, even before I booked the property.

This was our second time to stay in this exact apartment. Denise is a great host and easy to work with. It's a lovely apartment in a great location with the park/pool right behind the building. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley/tram stop is just a block & half away, and it is free and runs from the Findlay Market to the East all the way down to the ballpark on the West. It does get very loud at night, especially in the front bedroom, so be prepared for that.

So first of all the property manager was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The apartment was great as well and very clean. The downside of the apartment is one of the rooms did not have an air conditioner (both rooms are upstairs) and it got very hot at night- I wasn’t able to really sleep at all. The other bedroom did have an air conditioner and stayed cool, but the locals in the area were out and about until about 5AM so it was impossible to sleep with the street noise. The area is a little rough I’d say, there was a lot of activity in the evening up until the early morning hours. The only other thing to be aware of is that this apartment is on the third floor (as mentioned in the description), but the staircase is very very narrow. We brought a cooler with us and could barely get it up the steps, just be aware of that. If you are looking for a place close to everything in the heart of downtown this is a great place to stay for that, but you definitely have to be used to downtown living and noise!

There is a lot going on in this area of Main St. The local residents begin their partying mid morning, hanging on stoops along store fronts and gathering on sidewalks. The groups are, at times, intimidating if you are not used to city dwellers. The partying continues through the day into the wee hours of the following morning. The apartment faced Main, which I chose and is ok, however, it was hard to sleep at all with all the noise. Main is also going through a renovation, therefore, construction trucks showed up about 7am and began working, which again was extremely noisy. So, virtually no sleep for our entire stay. The pool advertised looks nice but since the neighborhood had many groups hanging around the pool did not seem inviting. The apartment was really cute and clean, the owners were wonderful. I'm sure once the renovations complete there will be more positive street life present and more hustle bustle than the stagnant activity that is presently there.

I came with 2 teenage boys and a 7 yr old, everyone left happy! It was a fantastic trip! The apartment is awesome, all the kids were super impressed with our first stay in a vrbo, and obviously loved the spiral staircase. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of everything, but our favorite parts of the trip were the gorgeous pool out back and riding the free trolley around town. My kids already want to know when we can come back to Cincinnati. Most definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Outstanding property near lots of attractions in OTR. Parking and check in were very easy. Only downside was the broken dryer, but the owner was quickly responsive with tips to get it working for us.

My family enjoyed our stay at this quaint and comfortable condo. The street noise made it a bit difficult to sleep at night, but the location was great for exploring OTR and downtown Cinci. The condo is well-equipped, very creatively decorated (whimsical and fun), and comfortable. Communication about the property and our needs was great from the beginning right up until we checked in, and even got immediate help w/ the check in procedure. Highly recommend this condo for an OTR experience.
