Guests have access to community amenities such as tennis and pickleball courts, a hot tub, and two shared swimming pools. The pool with a hot tub is just a short walk away, and the other pool is just steps from the condo. Your private access to the nearby beach, which is lovely at low tide, is just steps away. Enjoy the ocean views from the lofted bar in the main bedroom. The lovely back patio boasts a gas grill, seating, and lovely views looking east toward the Encinitas Hills. Inside, guests can find all the comforts of home: a plush sofa, open-concept common areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and a lovely breakfast bar. Your beachside adventure awaits at Long Time No Sea! THINGS TO KNOW This home requires a 7-night minimum stay per HOA regulations. Reserve pickle ball and tennis courts in advance as they are quite popular. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: back door and front doorbell Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Difficult to under Cell this perfect home within walking distance of the Pacific. Expensive kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Management company was super responsive and not a thing to complain about!

The location is great but the unit needs significant care. Couch worn out, blinds dusty, carpet old, pans were rusty (management team did replace them for us)), the dishwasher ruined the dishes and glasses. Could not get them clean. Only one tv for a 3 bedroom family unit! And that one was awful to deal with. The owner needs to do some significant updates and it could be a great unit due to the location.

We have been renting houses in southern california area for over 10 years around the Thanksgiving Holiday. I can say without hesitation that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and was exceptional in many ways. The house is more fully stocked with everything you will possibly need including a full pantry of many common household items. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable and homey. The house also has plenty of personal touches that immediately make it feel like a home not a staged rental. The house has a full 2 car garage that provides security and parking off the street. The beach access is easy and fast and there is a beautiful, meditative beach lookout area steps from the house. I can not say enough positives about this house and the management who had excellent follow up in every respect. I can pretty much guarantee that this house will exceed your expectations, it did for us by a mile!!

My employees and I stayed on this trip. We were working at local hospitals. My guys liked it so much, that they would like to stay there again. I am a VRBO owner also with a 5 star rating, and this place was great. Definitely recommend Thank you Chad

What a difference staying in a home makes for extended work trips. This home was comfortable, furnished nicely and had everything needed to prepare meals. The beach is just a path away and the salt water heated pools are amazing!

This townhouse is in a community right on the ocean with private access to the beach. There was also lots of green space, two pools and a hot tub as well as tennis and pickleball courts The house has a third floor bar with windows overlooking the ocean. The perfect place to watch the sunset. We were so impressed with the huge kitchen/living space. The kitchen was nicely stocked so you can actually cook a meal and store leftovers! It felt like staying at a friends instead of those rentals who leave you nothing but salt and pepper! The hardwood floors were beautiful, the master bed was very comfortable. The whole house felt clean and airy. Everyone we dealt with from the management company to the security guards at the gate went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon to long time no sea.
