Very cute place that’s easy to get to and easy to get into. My daughter now wants to furnish her room like one of the bedrooms. It’s connected to another house, so there was some noise and action above at least one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t all night so it was fine. The place looks like a stand alone unit from the street so it took us a minute to figure out what the noise was. We would stay here again.

This place was a real gem. It was located very close to the farmers market downtown which we enjoyed very much. The place was so clean, and decorated with great taste. It had all amenities, and nothing was missing. What a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again, when visiting Eugene.

Clean, quiet, close to downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon (participated in the Eugene marathon). The instructions were straight-forward and easy, the amenities were great, the decor was clean and happy, the beds were comfortable. Terrific stay.

This adorable house was perfect for our spring break get away with our two kids (10 and 14) to Eugene! It’s in a great location, a short walk to a cute little market…still within walking distance are even more great restaurants and another grocery store. This house was stocked with everything we needed and checkin and out was super easy! Nhan was great to communicate with and quick to respond to all our messages! We will be staying here again when we make it back to Eugene! Highly recommend this property!!

Came to town for some hockey games, and this was super close and convenient! Overall the place was very clean and perfect for a couple of people. Easy check in and out. The Apple Maps tag didn’t work great for direction but using google maps worked perfect.

This was a great rental!! We have stayed in many places in Eugene over the years and this was one of our very favorite! Perfect location. Close to everything. Off street parking for one car was super convenient, plenty of street parking for our second vehicle. Easy self check jn, zero problems. House was extremely clean with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee and tea. WiFi was fast. Owner was extremely easy to work with and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this rental if you are staying in the Eugene area!

We had such a nice time crashing here after a big day at the Oregon Country Fair with our family. The spot was the cleanest we've stayed at in quite a while, which was so appreciated! Great tacos and margaritas up the road at Tacovore. Our girls loved the pink room (!). We'd happily stay here again. Thanks so much!

The apartment is clean and recently updated. Stayed with my family and it was perfect for us (size). The neighborhood was okay…I didn’t feel unsafe but, it was a little questionable. I wouldn’t let me kids play outside. This property is an apartment that is attached to the back side of a house. Neighbors are VERY close!

What a beautiful house! Very well decorated and very clean. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but the fact that this place is tucked away with great fencing made it feel safer. Enjoyed the easy check in/out process. I plan to stay here again on our next trip!
