Nestled in Stateline, this charming condo for $55 per night is a great option for your next break. ## Space Amazing Location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants.. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this is one of our most unique units with a separate bedroom and a living area which features a kitchenette w/ Keurig machine as well as a work desk. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.* *PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's) . A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine. ## Access The unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #5. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies. Electric car charging (shared amenity) Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests. Neighborhood Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Transit The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away. Notes For security, there are cameras facing the parking lot. Cancellation Policy Full refund if canceled 24 hours in advance, minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly or via VRBO.

This was my first time renting through zipstay. Very impressed. Their text SMS support was super fast and on top of everything. The unit I had was separated with a door and different climate control. This is KEEEEY to a great sleep and living area comfort. Set the bedroom cooler than living room. The firplace heat was great. Nice shower and comfortable beds! I really liked the way this company handled everything. All the notifications and everything was on point. Gotta say. Pleasantly surprised.

My girlfriends and I came together here for a milestone birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; to the spa @ The Landing, to our shows, the casinos, restaurants, the Lake... everything was walkable. We even took a lake tour, which picked us up by shuttle at Harvey's, which was a 3 minute walk. It's a perfect location and room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, would highly recommend the Chalets. Close to shops, casinos, but enough off the beaten path to be quiet at night. Place is updated with many of the kitchen essentials. A few things to be aware of: minimal interior lighting makes the place pretty dark at night. No real storage for clothes in this unit. You're living out of your suitcase. The TV is subscription based. No 'regular cable' channels. However, we'd return here when/if we come back.

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was very clean. Checking in and out was super easy. A lot of stuff is within walking distance, there’s also a nice dog friendly dog beach about 3 miles away. I definitely plan on staying here next time I come back.

My family and I stayed for the 4th of July weekend/week and this was a beautifully and clean place, centrally located, very comfortable! We could walk to dozens of restaurants and other amenities. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone! Also the cleaning ladies were very to all of us. Thank you for your great service!

Stayed one night was a very good deal. Only suggestion I would make is to have a phone charger outlet, no cable just where to plug it, in I know they sell lamps with them (Home Goods etc) it just would be so convenient!

I'd highly recommend a suite so everyone in the party can rest better for daytime activities. Room is clean and equipped with all essentials. This is a self service accommodation and you need to read instructions on your own, but you get to save a bit to spend elsewhere.

Great location close to everything. Unit was clean and cozy. The only trouble we had was locking the door. Others people staying there experienced the same thing, so we had to use a manual key that was provided. Overall, I would stay again.

I loved this Airbnb! I have nothing bad to say at all. The only thing to add is that the bathroom fan didn't work but there was a small window that provided ventilation so it was all good! The location was excellent, a 2 block walk to middle of Heavenly. There was beach access about a quarter-mile down the road. The amenities were excellent, especially the AC as it was low 90's and high 80's when I went. My party and I brought a gas burner and were able to cook our own meals. We appreciated the bowls, plates, cups, and utensils that were provided. I loved bathroom and separate bedroom from the common living space. The wifi was fast and reliable. You are guaranteed parking (one per room / chalet) which was nice. I loved the easy check-in (digital lock) and the great communication from Ziprent. The lock is a little confusing at first but I got the hang of it really quickly. (*Hint: To lock the door from outside, tap the key pad until it is lit and then tap the lock and then hold it down until you hear the lock.) The space looked beautiful and was super clean (**important - COVID). If I come back to Tahoe, I will plan my trip around when this property is available.

Great spot to stay if you're looking for somewhere with comfy beds, a few extra amenities (mini fridge, microwave, dishes), and a place to sit and socialize. Great location as well! The walls are a bit on the thin side, but it was a minor annoyance at best.
