The Space:

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas for the whole group, and a washer and dryer.
OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee with 48 hours' notice.
RESORT: Bella Vida's clubhouse and large resort-style pool are perfect for families.
LOCATION: 3 minutes to Walmart, 14 minutes to Disney, 18 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 30 minutes to Universal.
Good to know: guests must be 21+, and the home is smoke-free, pet-free and party-free.
Guest Access:
The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. Registered guests also get to enjoy the Bella Vida Resort clubhouse and resort pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the townhouse.
The Neighborhood:
Bella Vida Resort is a gated vacation community in Kissimmee, minutes from Osceola Parkway and US-192. Walmart is 3 minutes away for groceries, Walt Disney World about 14 minutes, the Orlando Premium Outlets 18 and Universal 30. Restaurants, shops and family attractions along US-192 are all close by, so there's always something fun to do after park days.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 30–35 minutes by car; Osceola Parkway, US-192 and I-4 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

Ideal for our family - 4 adults and 2 kids. Problems dealt with efficiently by management and beds were comfortable.

This place helped us out in a pinch. It was a very last minute booking since we had to come to FL in a hurry to help my mother recover from a major surgery. It was conveniently located. I wish it had streaming but at least it had cable. Also ceiling fans would also be nice. All in all it was still comfortable and I'd use them again.

The property is as shown in the photos. It has everything needed for the stay from kitchen appliances, dishes, to infant high chair and strollers, pool towels, etc. to use if needed.
One thing that needs more attention was the showers and toilets. They all could use some bleach, mold/mildew cleaner. But overall the unit is really nice and beds are comfortable too, definitely a plus!!! Also, just a suggestion, addition of ceiling fans could essentially help with air circulation and keep A/C usage down or freezing up to a minimum.
Thanks for allowing my family to rent your home. We highly recommend this home!
