This property is 9 years old and in great shape. It is located perfectly next to the beach and within easy walking distance to a restaurants and grocery stores. This is truly a gem.

We love the property and location. Unfortunately for Oceana there is a hotel across the street, Reef 28, that has a pool party every night until midnight with loud music. We will not return to this condo.
