About this house rental
Located just 2 min from Vero’s best beach, 5 min from beach side shopping and restaurants, and 5 min from downtown art district and restaurants. Property is private with fenced yard. I have been told I did a great job decorating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Needed a pet-friendly and budget-friendly place with kitchen and parking on short notice, to visit sick family member on short notice for extended stay. Very quiet and private, nice neighborhood and neighbors. All appliances in good working condition, including fridge with ice maker and filtered water, and LARGE capacity washer and dryer. Would have loved to sit in fenced back yard and grilled or made a fire but it was so hot the week I was there. The AC worked great though! Bathtub/tile and window blinds could use update, but not horrible. Some cleanliness issues on arrival that host offered to take care of right away. Still 5 stars from me, this place is cute and a great value for one person let alone 3 or a family! So much better than a hotel room, and was able to feel very at home and relaxed during what could have been a much more stressful situation. Oh also there are bikes, boogie boards, etc, in the garage, driveway can fit 2 cars, and TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms plus living room. Just 1 mile to tons of shopping, grocery, restaurants, and gas. Highly recommend Chive restaurant! I will def stay here again, what a great find

The House was a great price for three bedrooms! It was very clean, nice sheets and towels and the beds were comfortable. The outside patio area was cute. Check in and check out were very easy, and the host was easy to contact, and always responded quickly. It was a lovely spot, close to the beach and downtown. It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation!
