The location and views were great. I appreciated sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning. Having beach chairs available was a wonderful surprise!!! Overall the place is fine however some upgrades could be done to enhance a persons stay. There is a distinct smell when you walk in and the shower had great pressure but the streams of water were not all working. The living room furniture had stains and the bedroom light would randomly turn on and I could not figure out what some of the light switches did! I would stay here again just because of the location

overall experience was great. The Condo was very clean and great overall. The Front desk staff (Maria) was so very helpful and kind.

The location can't be beat. With John's pass right across the street and a quiet beach this is a great place for a vacation. It is definitely more of an adults condo. Simply because most of the other guests there are adults, not many kids. Granted we stayed in October so that might have something to do with it. it is an older building, nothing big and fancy. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The balcony that overlooks the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job at cleaning. The ceiling fans were coded and dust, they were old sand piles lane in the corners, and the toilet definitely needed a better clean. But you don't go to the beach just sit in the room so it did not hinder the overall vacation!
