Captiva Bay 209 is a bright and airy, two bedroom condo located on the bayside at 85th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Whether you're in the mood for sun and surf, or quiet serenity, this ideal location allows you to easily have both at your discretion. The beautiful open floor plan creates a great atmosphere for dining, leisure, and relaxation featuring living room with a fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with seating for six. All rooms feature HDTV's, premium cable programming, very fast WIFI and ceiling fans for keeping cool. This condo offers you two outdoor options adjacent to the living area - both a screened in and covered porch, and an open balcony to enjoy watching the wildlife, the boaters and the vibrant colors of the sunsets! This prime, mid-town location is convenient to an abundance of restaurants and watering holes including Ropewalk, Layton's on 92nd, Liquid Assets and more - plus you can hop in your car and drive a few miles to visit Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park or the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Located just a block and a half to the ocean, you won't have much of a trek to get to the sand and surf, and if the beach isn't your thing, just head up to the fantastic rooftop pool to relax and take in the breathtaking views and cool water. The private pier is available to guests for all your fishing, crabbing, boating and other aquatic endeavors. When the time comes to unwind and get some rest, recline in the primary suite with a king sized bed, HDTV and amazing private bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub. Additional sleeping quarters include the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized bed and accompanying guest bath, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
