A fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with bean to cup coffee machine, means you can cook up a storm for all the family! Plenty of space for dining inside or out, whatever the weather. Full glass sliding doors open out on to the the expansive undercover deck area, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. From here take 20 steps to the beach, where you can see both ocean and mountains. The beach here is pristine! Relax in style & comfort outside, with a choice of hammock or outdoor sofas. You will find a fantastic Webber BBQ and kitchen with a cooler fridge. An outside shower lets you wash off before heading inside. To the front of the property you will find 3 large Queen bedrooms, all with new comfy mattresses, linen and towels, and built-in storage. The Master bedroom has a an ensuite with a good sized shower & a work space with desk & chair. There is another office space in the 2nd bedroom, equipped with monitor, chair and desk. Large Family bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs to the property, with it’s own separate entrance, you will find the entertainment area. The large lounge area has a huge comfy sofa, large Smart TV and small shower room. The entertainment room smartly doubles up as extra sleeping space, where you will find a pull down queen bed with an excellent new mattress. Perfect for older kids! Outside to the front of the property is a ping pong/table tennis and basketball hoop. Parking for up to 4 cars only. A few bikes are provided for use. Please note that the downstairs area is not connected internally to the upstairs area.
