I really enjoyed this house, since we stayed right after Christmas, it was decorated and was so cute! It had everything we needed, cleaning supplies, laundry, cooking (except wine bottle opener lol), etc.. Really cute place and I would stay there again.

The only negative was that we had two wheelchair/walker family members. We got us the three steps but a ramp would have been so much easier. I actually talked to the owner about this. We were just so happy to find a single level home for all of us that had bathrooms that were handicap accessible. Loved the house. I would move in there tomorrow.

A couple colleagues of mine and I stayed for the weekend as we drove from Indianapolis to the greater Kansas City area to watch Indiana University vs. Kansas University basketball on Saturday the 17th. Truly enjoyed the place over any hotel in the area at just a slight bit more than booking a couple hotel rooms at 3-Star places in the area. Quite convenient location and only a 30 mile trek to Lawrence. I’d book here again if ever in the area again. Personally, my first trip to the greater KC area.

Love the place and the amenities. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and closed to everything within Overland Park! Owner had everything prepared well in advance! Highly recommend!

2 families, 2 teen girls. Everyone was able to have their own spaces. Cute and clean. We enjoyed the living room for games and hanging out as a group. Back porch was really cute.

while the location was moderately good. And the house was genuinely decent looking inside and out but under the house there is another house that someone lives in. That person has keys that have access to the house while you’re gone. So at any time that guy could come up and look at your things or anything on his account. None of the doors in the house would lock either which was very scary. They did not tell us there was going to be someone living under us. It felt very unsafe and would highly recommend talking to the owners beforehand and asking them about it
