Located close to shops, and restaurants. Outdoor TV and two firepits, a First-floor master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, and High-speed internet. The property can accommodate overnight stays for up to 10 people - The first floor has the master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bathroom, there is also an additional half bath on the first floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one bedroom with a King bed, the other two rooms with full beds and a queen blow up mattress if needed. Larger groups are allowed with prior approval.

Ended up unable to stay in the main master bedroom due to it was uncomfortably cold. Couldn’t sleep in there no hot tub unless they meant the bathroom jet tubs but it says “hot tub”

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The home is very spacious, had comfortable beds and was well-appointed but it could definitely use a deep cleaning and maintenance. Jeremy, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. All in all the spaciousness made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This home is great with a lot of space and worked well for us. Beds are comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. TV is big and smart so we were able to hook up to our streaming services. Large couch in the livingroom was great for the 4 of us to hang out and talk. We enjoyed the home a lot, thank you.

This was a great property. We were there on the hottest week of the summer so the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up upstairs but that was to be expected given the Heat. Jeremy The Host it was very helpful.

We came up for the race weekend with our family from around the country and had a fabulous stay! This place was perfect for us! Plenty of room and a fabulous backyard to watch the games and all be together! Can’t wait to make it an annual trip!

Family popped in for a couple days to enjoy KC. House had plenty of room for relaxing and kitchen was nice to prepare meals for the 8 of us. Sleeping accomodations were nice with master bedroom on main floor and having multiple bathrooms kept the kids peaceful! Good location and easy to get around.

The house was great, the deck was a little dirty but we cleaned it up ourselves and had fun cooking on the black stone. My boys also enjoyed the video game table!

Stayed in town for a softball tournament and this home could not have been more perfect for what we needed! Great location…close to fields, shopping and restaurants. Lots of space at the home to relax and regroup after the games. Really appreciated the home away from home feel and great communication with the property owner!

There were four adults who stayed at the house. Overall, we really liked the house, furnishings, and neighborhood. The host was very responsive. When asked if a blender was available, they went out and bought one for our stay. There were plenty of utensils and items needed for a comfortable stay. The main complaint we have is half of us did not care for the padding on the beds. I noticed it took a while for the shower water to heat up, but no biggie. I went for a walk in the neighborhood, and it was beautiful and relaxing. The provided waters in the fridge and coffee were much appreciated. We recommend this house.

This home was a perfect fit for our mini family reunion. Lots of room to be together or spread out. Nice, fenced back yard. Beds are so comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The host was prompt with responses to a couple quick questions. Highly recommended 👍

A lot of us have never been to Kansas City before and we take a yearly trip of all of the guys and we go and have a good time to get away from the wives. I will say this is hands-down the best stay experience I have ever had I hope to come back very soon.

I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Kansas City. We came for a family trip and were very pleased with this house. It has everything you expect in a vacation home, and the host was very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had about the property. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly how the pictures were when booking. The beds were comfortable and home was inviting. There were a couple of housekeeping hiccups, but overall the property was amazing. I would book again.

We enjoyed the property! Made use of the fire pits, yes there’s two- one wood and one gas. The tvs in the bedroom we stayed in upstairs with king bed didn’t work (remote batteries may have been dead), but we were tired so fell out quick anyway. Beds are super soft and plush. Thanks Jeremy!

Host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to town. The house was spacious enough for our large group. It had everything we needed and more. Location is close to highway which makes it quick and easy to get anywhere we needed to go.
