(Open all year around) This 3 bedroom, 1 bath comes fully equipped with an updated kitchen, outdoor enclosed sun room, bbq (must fill up propane tank yourself), wifi, community tennis courts and much more. Bluewater beach is located on the gulf of Georgian bay. The white sand and crystal blue waters will have you feel like you are on an island. Open all year Around. Nestle up after a long day of skiing and enjoy a movie or get some work done as the cottage is equipped with wifi for your convenience. Snowmobile friendly area. Plenty of trails and surroundings to venture and hike in the winter months in. The Cottage will transport you to a magical wonderland getaway during the seasons. To be fair we only used the home to sleep some friends as all activities were at a cottage near by. They found it comfortable and clean. Thank you Rose.

Very clean, location is great, near the beach, well equiped but the unit need a refresh. Broken tiles in the bathroom is an injury hazard, had to cover them with a towel all stay. Shower head fall off on my wife's head during a wash. Slinding door hardly open/close. High cleaning fee + ultra high pet fee (four hundred and fifty total...) it'a a bit exaggerated. Host ask to be quiet at night time, but been impossible to sleep well first two night because her family and her was having music/party/yelling on site during the nights. So yes, like other comments : the unit is clean ... but really need a refresh.

Very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay. Rose is very friendly and accommodating and she left a few goodies for us which we enjoyed. Short walk to the beach which was nice. We had a good week.

Place was clean, kitchen equipped with many amenities along with a surprise welcome package, beach close by- walking distance, nice yard and fire pit. The house is a semi therefore you are renting one semi and sharing the outdoors with the owner which worked out fine I just think this should be clear. In addition the place sleeps 6 plus 1 on the couch so total of 7 not 8. Again pleasant stay thank you!

The hosts are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Excellent communication. They even provided us with delicious snacks with a lovely welcome note. The area is clean and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. My family and I went there during the winter month, and we would love to come back again during the warmer months!

The house was spotless, very well set up and in a beautiful location near the beach. Lovely gift basket and everything you could want for cooking and baking. June was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Hello and we quite enjoyed our stay. The host and property were both good. I had not seen the no wi-fi on the listing, my fault, but our intention was to be out and outdoors and so it worked. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Lovely beach. Nice enclosed porch for playing board games. Thank you for the welcome treats. Be sure to ask the on site homeowner before using the yard to play in or enjoying the campfire. Nice stay.

We enjoyed the setting of the cottage surrounded by nature and close to the beach. The sunroom was a nice space to hangout for the teens. Host was very friendly. The welcome package was a lovely thoughtful gesture. Enjoyed our stay overall.

We found this little gem and from the moment we began the reservation process, to sadly saying our goodbye, it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was perfect and the hostess and mom, Rose were so sweet. Can't wait to go back! Thank you ladies! ❤

We had a great stay at Francesca's property. Her and her mum were both great hosts and lovely people to meet. They left us a nice care package complete with snacks and aloe (which was definitely used after a day on the beach). Saw some beautiful sunsets on the beach and overall had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place to others. The only thing that can be updated is perhaps a newer TV with movie options for when we were hanging out in the living room :)
