Home Configuration: This great home consists 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge with air conditioning and open plan living and dining that flows out onto the alfresco dining BBQ area. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan and TV Bedroom 2: Single bunk bed, and wall fan Bedroom 3: Double bed and ceiling fan The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Bella Coastal Property will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services. Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO Party Policy. All guests must be Over the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent/guardian. -Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property. This pre-authorisation of $500 is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days. - The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is NOT supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Karen from Aroma Linen Hire onGuests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. Property was clean & the check-in was easy. Detailed instructions were provided via email. Internet access was fast. TV & aircon worked. Ceiling fans in rooms worked. Hot water was fine. Inside the property needs a lot of upgrades. Lighting is inadequate in all rooms. Towel holder in the bathroom was broken. Door lock in the bedroom near the lounge was broken. One of the kayak is taking on water. Location is amazing with a calm river & birds & ducks galore. General store close by. Alfresco area is very nice.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location. The rear access to the lake canal is fantastic for young kids, it’s nice and protected and a short paddle board away from the main part of the lake. The house is clean and has almost everything you need (except for a clothes dryer). We would definitely return, thank you!
