If it is requested after that time, we will we will need to charge a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the $100 request fee. Late check-out and Extension Requests: Late check-out requests and extension requests need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am)during business days (Monday to Friday). The late check-out request fee is $100. We will reply to your request if there is availability. If your request is confirmed within 24 hours before your checkout time (11 am), we will need to charge you a $120 fee to pay the cleaners for rescheduling on top of the rent/late checkout fees.
