We thoroughly sanitize and deep clean our home between guests. We provide disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap and hand lotion. Also as a side note, you know we are in a pandemic, which means that you are booking at your own risk. Please check our cancellation policy for more details because there will be no exceptions. Important House rule - Minimum booking age 25 -No excessive noise past 11pm. -Visiting guests must be off the property by 11pm. - No smoking or vaping permitted inside the house. - Visitors or overnight guests in addition to confirmed guests as per booking must obtain prior approval from host. Unapproved guests or visitors will be charged $100 per guest, per night. To be confirmed by outdoor security cameras. - No outside shoes inside the house. ( we provide Indoor shoes) - For any towels you stain, additional charges will apply. -The modem ( router ) shouldn’t be unplugged. As well as exterior Security camera are at the property for guests & host safety and shouldn’t be turned off by guests at any point during the stay. NOTE: We charge $100/extra guest. If you book Le Chalet for 9 people. We expect 9 people staying at the property.
