The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The noise from the streets. Lots of emergency vehicles throughout the night made for a disruptive sleep.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Lots if construction pool and restaurant closed. Elevators are sketchy, loads of sketchy characters hanging around the entrance.
The room itself had a broken door it didn't lock just pushed open and the floor was dirty.
When we informed the staff about the door they were very accomadaing and promptly moved us to a different room which was much cleaner and more secure. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for one out of 4 of us but we didn't use it.
