Price, clean , staff,
We booked because of a good price but location was not good for us with medical appointments in different parts of the city.
Location would be excellent if heading east.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Room located on east side of building. Could hear active train work at night from the Symington train yards to the east of the hotel on the second night of our stay. Had requested a west side room prior to our arrival, but was informed that staff had missed our request.

Breakfast could use some condiments otherwise very well run and convenient.
Needed to keep adjusting temperature in the room. It would not moderate on its own so either too hot or too cold.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the continental breakfast was good as well and overall the place was clean.
The beds weren't very comfortable and would slide all over the place. The housekeepers never came to the room once to tidy up during our stay. The curtains let a lot of light in, we had to ask for an extra blanket to cover the top so the light wouldn't come in. When we got to our room, the blankets on the bed had stains on them as if they hadn't been washed.
