One of the women who cooked was compassionate and kind. She has a nose ring if you want to identify her. She knew I was celiac, with limited food choices from the buffet. She made sure I got sausages when there were very few to have, due to the broken oven.
Also, the office staff were great. The printer that was available to guests quit working just as I needed to print out the form from Vital Statistics. My Dad had just died. They were very responsive, and tried to make me feel better.
I'm celiac, so my breakfast options were quite limited. I was there for 2 weeks. I could eat the eggs, sausage or bacon, and the yogurt. The oven broke and it was taking a very long time to cook the sausages. And after a while, there was only fat-free yogurt to choose - not my favorite.
After 2 weeks, the saltiness of the eggs and meat became difficult. But in all fairness, I was going through a difficult time.
