Good value and full breakfast.
Front desk clerk charged me again for room even though it was prepaid by Booking.com. It was refunded about a week later but she should have reviewed the reservation.

Location and the staff
The room was neat but unclean. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. The AC was so loud and not properly installed. You could hear outside noise through it. I accidentally removed the bedsheet and realized the mattress was so dirty. There was a chair only with a dirty foam seat.
