Recently renovated, gorgeous 2 Bedroom Beach townhome with a view of the ocean from your 2nd level balcony.? Plenty of space, contemporary colors, white kitchen cabinets with cambria quartz counter tops, dry-bar with a wine cooler, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, high speed internet and cable with 55” TVs in each bedroom and common area, high end Serta perfect sleeper pillowtop mattresses, imported bed linen, towels, and goose down comforters. This Beach Townhome has it all! 1st Floor - Features a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, 55” TV, an open kitchen, dining table for 6 people and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and so much more. 2nd Floor - Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with 55” TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed with 55” TV’s, living area with a futon, a chaise lounge chair, and an office desk and chair for your work from home needs. Private balcony with ocean views on the northside of the building and an outside covered shared balcony on the southside of the building. This unit is provided with two parking spaces in a private parking lot, right outside of your door. Please note the washer/dryers are not in-unit but on the property in shared laundry room. We own the whole 6 unit building that features the same quality and services featured here, contact us for larger groups, family reunions, or multifamily bookings. Age Restriction: You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Driver's License may be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in an eviction and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Important: The pet cost will be collected after booking is processed. Pet Friendly Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 4 dogs. There is a fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be well trained and less than 100 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel. Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shower accommodations (Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) . If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. We stayed here for 4 days for a short family get away. The property does not look like the pictures that are posted on the website. Property is much more run down than what is shown. Outside shower does not work which as everybody knows is almost a must when staying on the beach. Love Rental was great but the property manager was slow to respond to them and myself. Inside the property is very nice and very clean. The outside could use some well overdue upkeep.

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised all the extras not mentioned - even closer to the beach than we thought, extra fridge/maybe beverage closet next to the dining room table, lovely couture liquid soaps, extra deep tub to name a few! We will definitely be back and stay longer!

When arriving building looks terrible on outside inside was nice the ceiling fan and blinds were broken in upstairs bedroom I reached out to the rental company they told me to reach out to the local manager so I did never got a reply it was very disappointing

Was a little concerned when we saw the exterior of the property but the inside was great. Great access to the beach. Only complaint was that there was no running water outside to rinse off after returning from the beach.

We loved the inside of the property .. outside was a little iffy … online it says you can see the beach from balcony … you can if you break your neck looking lol ! But all in all it was a great place to stay just don’t look at the outside and don’t go thinking you can see the beach from the balcony !!

The location of this property is perfect and steps from the beach just as advertised. The space was great for our group of 5 adults and 2 young children, except the front door doesn’t have a deadbolt and the 18 month old with us could easily open the door by himself. The beds were very comfortable, though they don’t have mattress pads/protectors between the sheet and mattress.
The condo comes with cooking basics, but does not have things such as measuring cups/spoons, salt/pepper, and no supplies for cleaning up spills or messes.
The cleanliness of the condo was not great. The bathtub had a layer of gray grime in the bottom and we had to scrub it with dish soap and a sponge (the only cleaning supplies available) before bathing the children. There was sand on top of the duvet in one of the bedrooms. The sofa was sandy. The main level floor was extremely dirty. We had to keep shoes on in the house and the kids couldn’t play on the floor without needing a bath. One of the locks on the front windows is also broken.

Parking is tight but certainly workable. The unit is one and a half bath (not two). It was otherwise as described. Perfect for four adults. It can sleep more, but more than four adults would be too much IMO. I let the property manager know about a broken shower rod and he was there in under an hour fixing it. Very attentive, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

Wondeful stay and thankful that we were able to bring along our two dogs. The location is steps from the beach and convenient to stores, restaurants, and bars. Parking is tight and the street spots were taken by people who were not staying at the rental so that was a little frustrating. Note, there is no ocean view from Unit 3 but the balcony is well shaded by a beautiful palm tree. We plan to come back!

Everything was good. We enjoyed our time there. The outside of the place could use a little TLC, and the parking lot was a skosh difficult to get into and out of. Otherwise, the location was great and access to the beach was superb. Thank you again

My daughter and I were in Jacksonville for a college campus visit. We got to the airport ready to head home and she forgot her entire backpack at the rental property. Immediate panic set in as her lap top and other personal items were in that bag. I reached out to the property manager and within 45 min my message was answered. Adam was a lifesaver! He retrieved the bag from his cleaning staff and that day mailed it to us. I am so grateful for his quick response and willingness to mail us the backpack. The property was in an amazing location. We walked out our front door to the beach every morning and watched the sunrise! I would recommend this property and I will be back!

Everything was perfect except the hose to wash our feet off did not work. We had to sneak across the street and use that one to wash the dog and our feet off.

We had a need for a last minute rental in Jacksonville. This owner was very easy to work with and very quick to respond that they were open for us. The communicate really well and are prompt in responding. The place is in GREAT condition and really just steps from the ocean. Nice location and in a quiet neighborhood. We were very happy staying here and would visit it again. Thanks for taking GREAT care of us!

Cannot beat the location. The actual condo inside area was spotless and renovation really was quite well done. Outside really needs to be examined a little paint. Pick up of the area would make this much better property. I did send a message to the company and I told them I’m sure they’re asking would I return the answer is yes Clean great location

Stayed for a couple days to be close to the water. The location is great. Just walk out the door and you are at the beach. The apartment was large and had 2 levels and we were perfectly comfortable and felt at home. We also appreciated that they gave us a late check out to accommodate our evening flight!

You can get anything you want at this logging. Everything you need is great: beds, living space, kitchen, bathrooms, beach, food stores. And if there’s something missing, email the management with kindness; they’ll listen and respond quickly. Catch the moon rise over the ocean and sunrise too!

We had a bumpy start because the cleaning company didn’t get the order to clean our unit so we were really shocked when we arrived. The owner took care of everything immediately. We went to dinner and came back to a beautiful, spotless condo. Great location. Beautiful unit. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice, responsive owner.

It is an absolutely beautiful location but our experience at the condo has been disappointing, disgusting and frustrating. The fan is off balance in the first bathroom causing it to squeak so loudly that everyone sleeping on the upper floor can hear it. The light above the mirror on the second floor flickers similarly to a strobe light, neither TV remote batteries worked, the windows were so dirty on the outside that you can't see through them, the broom was old, bent and there was no dust pan. Not having any method of cleaning the floors adequately made the overall feeling of the condo feel dirty since there was sand everywhere, including in the beds since despite every effort, sand was tracked into bed. A proper broom at a minimum or swiffer would have been much more effective. Sand in the condo was worsened by not having an available foot washing station attached to the condo. For the appeal of the condo, replacing the bubbling dining room table would be a better touch.
No check in instructions were sent. I found a phone number somewhere on their review and called to request check in details.
This is not the condition I would expect for a unit costing $857 for 3 nights. It is a lovely location but the lack of sleep from the fan squeaking and dirty feeling from having sand everywhere made this rental something I would not recommend to anyone, nor would I stay at again.

Impromptu Beach Trip
Pulling into the property I had my doubts, The landscaping was nonexistent, my first impressions were bleak. The Condo in the inside lived up to the photos online. It was clean and modern. The AC was great downstairs but not so great upstairs, heat rises. There were a few issues we noticed on arrival but Adam the property manager addressed them right away. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, the complex was quiet and safe. Oh and did I mention literally right on the beach. We stayed with our two kids and puppy and we had a blast, made memories for a lifetime on this stay. The owners and property management team made this stay worth it. Adam was great to deal with, we will look into staying with them in the future.

Overall the stay was enjoyable. Good location and very clean but no view. I would recommend assigning a parking spot to the unit. Description says there are 2 spots per unit however when we arrived there were no parking spots available and all street spots were taken. It was very warm upstairs. I don't think the air vents were working in one of the bedrooms.

However, due to the quick response by the property manager Adam...all issues were addressed with immediately and closed out and my family were able to our family vacation without missing a beat...that you Adam?

I stayed here for a week with my fiancé and two friends- btw this is PERFECT for 2 couples- the rooms are exactly the same- so no one feels like they are getting the short end of the stick lol. I really could go on and on about all that was right with this property. If you’re considering a trip to Florida and want to stay on the beach- this is the place. You won’t be disappointed!
