About this villa rental
Villa Beatrice is an elegant villa in typical aeolian style. It is equipped with wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, all comforts, and large external spaces. It is composed of a main building, consisting of a living-room with a big smart tv, an open kitchen, fully equipped with oven, dish-washer, xl refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, microwave oven. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom and closet, and a twin bedroom, with bathroom with double washbasin. Each room in the house enjoys a magnificent view of the sea. The third bedroom with private bathroom is located on the upper floor on an immense terrace with a spectacular view on the islands of Stromboli and Panarea. It is a little room, but very cute, with a single bed and a second pull-out bed for an extra guest. External spaces are very big and articulated on different levels and various furnished terraces, equipped with external kitchen with wood-fired oven, and barbecue. There is also an external shower, a laundry room and a parking space inside the property. The house is plunged in a large mediterranean garden and enjoys a spectacular vue of the sea from anywhere, and of Stromboli and Panarea islands to the East. It is a place for lovers of peace and nature. Villa Beatrice is located 7 minutes walk from the sea and equally 7 minutes walk from the center of the nice village of Malfa, from where in 10 minutes drive you can reach Pollara, Leni, Rinella or Santa Marina and Lingua. It is indeed the ideal position to be able to enjoy all the beauty of the most green of the 7 aeolian islands..

Villa Beatrice is a lovely property as seen in the photos it is in a great location close to the restaurants,bus stops and everything you need. Malfa is a gorgeous town with not too many people. The property is very relaxing and has an amazing view and everything you could need
