The villa is in an exclusive and quiet residential area just a short walk to the the nearest local beach or to the Montana Roja hiking trail where explorers can enjoy the stunning views from the top. Flamingo beach, Aqua Lava water park, and the town centre of Playa Blanca are just a few minutes drive away and there is a taxi stand around the corner from the villa. There is a new public park with two tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a basketball court and playground just 15 to 20 minutes walk away which can be used free of charge. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway with additional free parking in the cul de sac in front of the property. Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away by car (34 km). The swimming pool is heated by an ecological heating system using solar panels and has a cover which maintains a comfortable temperature of the water to 26/27 degrees if properly covered at night. Requests to increase the water temperature will require additional electric heating which has an extra cost of 50€/day.
