Exactly as described on the website. Comfortable, with easy access to the promenade and lots of bars and good restaurants. Just what we wanted! The apartment was well equipped and communication with the owner was good.

A quiet apartment in a great location. The apartment is on the first floor and the balcony overlooks the pool with good views towards Arrecife. The 2 bedrooms are a good size, and although there is no air conditioning, the constant breeze on Lanzarote keeps the rooms cool at night(the day time temperatures reach 32°C when we visited in August 2022). The kitchen is very small, but has everything you need to make a meal (oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, 70:30 tall fridge and freezer, toaster, sink, etc), but there really in only room for one to work comfortably. The bathroom is a good size with a toilet, shower over bath, sink, and washing machine. Other cupboards around the apartment have board games, clothes horse, broom, vacuum, books, etc, making it a real 'home from home'. On arrival, the water was isolated which was a real inconvenience, however Hannelore was very helpful, and we found the water meter isolated at the bottom of the stairwell the next day. The outdoor pool area is really great and was never too busy to find a spare sun lounger. The kids loved the pool, which was always clean. The beach next the apartment block is sheltered by rocky barrier creating a safe lagoon watched over by life guards, making it perfect for young children. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk, along with other beaches.

El departamento tiene una vista increíble para pasar las tardes viendo el mar. Todo es perfecto la limpieza, las instalaciones, wn el departamento hay absolutamente todo para pasar unas vacaciones sin contratiempos. Hannelore su propietaria siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia y tuvimos una comunicación rápida y amigable. Vanessa y Alexis también muy amables. Son duda lo recomendamos!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollstem Ausblick aufs Meer. Es fehlt an nichts, selten so ne gute Ausstattung in einer Wohnung. Auch hervorheben muss man den wirklich netten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und der Rezeptionistin Vanessa und dem Haustechniker Alexis. Einfach alles topp!
