Was a great place and location

The location was great with easy access to the metro. The neighborhood was great and safe. Would recommend for large groups!

Property was nicely located in a cool and bustling area. Property was great space and quiet. You'll love it if you love to walk or metro - easy access that way.

This condo was centrally located and we were able to access restaurants, and subway station, and could walk to the grocery stores. This unit is on the 4th floor so if you have a hard time walking up the stairs, I wouldn't recommend it. We didn't mind the stairs with such a nice unit and all the stuff around to do.

First of all the unit was nice, but there were some things that werent so great. No picture of the entrance, and we didnt realize it was in a real busy area. Located between a Thai restaurant and a Real Estate Office, and 4 floors to climb. Trying to get a spot to park to unload our stuff was a challenge, but we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the building. It was a Friday night, we were there for 3 nights. About 9pm it started with the music pounding, that lasted till 3am, along with the pot smoking, and that smell was throughout our unit. We called the rep, and he said he would look after it. That seemed to make it worse, with people now ringing our doorbell at 1am, our group was freaking if we should call the police. We decided not to, in case that infuriated them more. We were really scared. The next 2 nights were fine, no issues at all. The unit is nice and lots of room. I emailed about a loose toilet seat at least twice, and no one came to fix it. There were bugs in our bathroom, we killed at least 4 of them. We expected a lot better for the amount of money we spent. I should have looked up the location on Googel Earth. The beds were great and also nice for everyone to have there own bathroom. If you love to party, this is the right place!

This unit is right in the heart of the Plateau/Mont Royal area. Just steps to so many restaurants, shops, metro, etc. The apartment is a great option for a larger group because of the separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large dining table are great for big meals or playing games. Lots of stairs but once you have your luggage in the unit it is not a big deal. It is actually nice to be on a higher floor and watch all of the action on the street below. The unit is well equipped with washer/dryer, iron, hairdryers, etc.

The place is clean, beautifully decorated and in the middle of action, while being very quite! In terms of amenities, it has pretty much everything you need. We were 7 adults with 3 kids and it was perfect. Just be ware there are lots of stairs though, so not accessible. This was not a problem for our group. The included parking was a life saver:) The hosts were quite responsive. All and all a great, comfortable and very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place and host.
