About this house rental

Situated in Wilton Manors, this attractive house for $172 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Cozy, spacious and inviting, feel perfectly at home with this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Perfect for friends, families, and even those in the city for business! The master and the 2nd bedroom have a queen-sized beds each and the 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed. The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that! The house also includes high-speed Wi-Fi , 2 TVs with air channel and Roku access, and 2 driveway parking spots that can be used during your stay! Maximum of 2 small pets are welcome. If you bring your pets, please make sure to clean after them. Looking forward to hosting you!

Booked this property for a week based on pictures online. Although there were no reviews, all looked good. The pictures, with the exception of the backyard pond which was empty and not well cared for were accurate but taken from clever angles that made things appear much larger---especially the kitchen and bathroom. After staying one night, we had to check out due to a terrible skin reaction to something in the house. I contacted the owner, explained the situation, and told him we would be checking out. I asked about the possibility for him to rent it for the remaining six days and consider a partial refund. I own a business and certainly understand unfortunate situations and always do my best to accommodate a reasonable request. Not so in this case. The house was clean, the backyard could use some help and the property is on the edge of a sketchy neighborhood. I lost over $2,000. by leaving early. It didn't ruin the trip though. My advice: Skip this one, pay the few extra dollars and check into one of the many beautiful and "stunning" hotels or rentals in nearby downtown.
