With amazing views of Agency Lake right from the deck, The Lake House is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends looking to explore the Klamath Basin, or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to relax away from the city. Whatever you choose to do during your trip to Chiloquin, The Lake House is the perfect home to start your adventure! **** A Note About Nature: The Lake House is a waterfront property in Southern Oregon, which means wildlife, insects, spiders, mosquitos, non-biting midges and other critters are a natural part of the environment, particularly during warmer months. The house is professionally cleaned and maintained, and professional pest control is performed on a regular schedule. However, we cannot guarantee a completely bug-free indoor or outdoor environment. Seasonal conditions and critters can change daily, so please keep doors and screens closed when possible, exterior lights off when possible, and come prepared to enjoy everything that comes with being close to the water and nature :) **** If you plan on using Agency Lake for any type of recreation during your stay, please check any advisories on the lake before you book. Please note that if you make a booking in winter for a summer stay, the status of the lake can change. We do not own or maintain the lake, and our guests use it at their own risk :)

This a fabulous house and very clean. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything you needed to cook for a large family! I am glad I brought my own ladle because that was the only utensil I did not find. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The VIEW is extraordinary and there is lots of room for outdoor activities if you wish to bring items. The mosquitoes are BAD so be prepared and be sure to shut doors so they stay outside!Entrance into the house can be difficult with a person using a Walker or difficulty stepping higher than 5 inches. My grandsons were able to help my husband but he also didn’t leave the house to enjoy the beautiful deck.I would rent this house again because the location is excellent; the house is beautiful and we had a great time with 3 generations of family to celebrate the graduation of #2 grandson from Oregon Tech!!!The host was always very diligent in returning emails and accommodating us by being able to add an extra day to our original booking! Tanya’s Lake House in Chiloquin was perfect for us in every way. Clean, spacious, comfortable, warmly decorated, well stocked—and for our purposes, perfectly located: convenient to the southern entry to Crater Lake and on a beautiful lake-view lot.
