Picturesque and stately, renovated 4 bedroom waterfront home on Put In Creek (tidal water) within walking distance to downtown Mathews.
Walk to great restaurants, antique stores and many other town attractions.
Relax by the waterfront and watch the wildlife including resident blue herons, swans, etc. Catch crabs from the lawn or launch a canoe or kayak from the boat ramp. Paddle into the adjacent wetlands or further down to the East River.
Please no pets or smoking inside the home .

Beautiful house with three living rooms, a dining room, plus four bedrooms, kitchen and one and a half Baths. There is a lot of indoor space. And it sits on a very large private lot that is bordered by a creek, a marsh and woodlands. But while being secluded, it is only a short walk to "town" with restaurants and shops. My family loves it.
