Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $552 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sunshine Dock Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Come in and stay awhile. There's plenty of room by the pool for you! This fun home is full of space for guests to spend time in the sun and in central air conditioning alike. The sparkling private pool, in the enclosed lanai, features a canal view, ideal for those who want to relax and watch the boats go by. Younger guests will love the game room with direct access to the back deck, perfect for hopping between activities. Upstairs, everyone can lounge on the furnished balcony with expansive surrounding views of the water. The full kitchen is conveniently located upstairs, so you can set up refreshments in any of the numerous sitting spaces or take it out to the balcony for a meal in the fresh air. Practice your swing on the putting green. Necessary amenities like a private washer/dryer are included - all you have to do is relax. The first floor of this home features only one bedroom, but it's a fun one! Straight past the living room, this home's first bedroom features a multi-bunk setup, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and direct access to the back deck directly by the pool. Head up the stairs and straight past the living room to the hallway to find the rest of the home's bedrooms. On the first right, the second bedroom features extra seating and a ceiling fan for guest comfort. The third bedroom just down the hall also features a ceiling fan, as well as colorful wall art. The nearby full bathroom (featuring a standalone shower) can serve the needs of these rooms' guests. The final bedroom of this home lies at the very end of the hallway, and the guests of this room will enjoy a private entrance to the furnished balcony, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom featuring a dual-head standalone shower and double sinks with backlit mirrors. Things to Know Boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. Beach towels are available for guest use. Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. Snowbird-friendly. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. First off, we were told check in was 4 pm and I got an early text around 1pm that house was ready. Great news. We arrived at 3:30pm and found the pool was completely GREEN and not swimmable, the house was at 78 degrees and hot, found 2 dead cock roaches downstairs and about 15 ant traps in the kitchen alone (pantry, countertop and in the silverware drawer). I get Florida has bugs, but the excessive amount of ant traps on eating areas and in dirty drawers is just from filth. exterminator needed!
The home didn't cool off at all that day so we checked the filter and it was full and concaved in so we removed and left in garage for the owner. After that it was able to cool down the home. After 4 days of speaking with the property manager and daily checks with the pool company...Wednesday evening we were able to use the pool BUT it was very warm, so we checked the pool heater and it was on. Get a new pool company or let them know when renters will be in town so they can get pool ready since this is an amenity we wanted and paid for.
We also had to kill a 2 more cockroaches wandering up a wall in the basement bedroom where the kids slept.
We were misled (by pics posted on VRBO) by the backyard images of a beautiful background filled with trees and plants and a blue pool. What we got was a jagged brick patio, a pile of bricks and rebar sticking out of the ground everywhere. Hurricane happened=new pics.
Overall awful experience and they aren't helpful with refunding $$

My family and I rent a vaca house every summer to enjoy. This home was by far the most beautiful and comfortable home we have rented. The home was BETTER than described. Our family loved the game room in the evening, and all the personalized touches throughout. Typically, a property owner will purchase the cheapest home items possible since the home is a rental. That was NOT the case. It truly felt like home and I have since called Vacasa to try and find out the brand of mattresses - we all want to purchase for our own homes. If you're on the fence, BOOK IT!

Great property! Spacious and clean. Property had EVERYTHING to enjoy the pool and beach. We used the bicycles, pool toys/floats, beach chairs, and beach toys that were provided. Plenty of bath and beach towels! We even fished off the dock and caught a catfish! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery store! Highly recommend this property!

Eleven of us stayed here. 6 adults 5 kids. Neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. Easy access to beaches and stores. The house is equipped with everything you would need. Pool is awesome touch and made the house just that much better. Everyone that stayed enjoyed everything the house had to offer and Marco island itself is now one of my favorite locations in Florida.

The house was as listed and worked great for two families. 5th time to Marco, we live staying here. The house was well stocked and clean upon arrival. The main issue was that the kitchen Faucet was loose/tippy and the sink had fallen, not the best presentation. I own a counter company so the fix took only an hour (not permanent since I didn't have silicone) but shouldn't be my responsibility when checking in for vacation. I doubt I'll even hear a response from Vacasa on this, since other pre check in communication was difficult at best.

Wonderful home in beautiful Marco Island. Close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent place for a family vacation or get away with friends. House has everything you need to have an amazing time. Hosts were super helpful.

Spent 3 nights at the house for my sons bachelor party. Group of 10. We had planned a fishing charter for Friday and a pontoon rental for Saturday. The entire trip was outstanding. The house was at least as nice as the pictures had indicated. Clean, properly stocked, and in a great location. No complaints whatsoever, and would happily return.

This home was amazing inside and out. It was in a great, safe neighborhood, surrounded by a bunch of beautiful homes. The location was great; we could walk to the beach and it took only about 20 minutes. The house was much bigger and had a lot more room than I expected. There were a lot of things already stocked in the house, such as pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, floats, beach chairs, etc. There were also a lot of cleaning supplies that helped us throughout our stay. There was an immense amount of towels provided as well. Overall, our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed the house. A few things to note were that some of the doors didn't close properly or were a little difficult to operate. Other than that I can't really complain at all!

Three of us stayed here for a guy's golf trip. It's in a great neighborhood and close to the Marco Island restaurants. We had an issue with the wifi password, and the contact was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. The house was clean and comfortable, and the showers were great. We didn't use the pool, so no review for that.

The Home I Wish I Owned!
We loved, loved, loved our stay at the Sunshine Dock. I couldn’t believe how beautifully the home was appointed, it had LITERALLY everything you might need. There was so much space, the pool area feels like a resort and the game room was a lot of fun. The area was great and had plenty to do. We’d love to come back soon!
