Summary: Amazing Mt. LeConte views await at this wonderful condo in Gatlinburg, TN! This studio condo sleeps 4 guests and and has 1 bathroom. Take in awe inspiring mountain views right from your porch! The Summit Condos offer tons of amenities for all guests! The Space: Studio Condo Living Area- Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, wifi Bathroom- Tub/shower combo Kitchen- Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, dishes, plates, bowls, silverware, Keurig coffee maker (bring coffee) Porch- Seating, Mt. LeConte Views Complex- Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, washer/dryer (pay), playground, charcoal grills (bring charcoal), arcade room, bench seating Provided at condo- Linens, starter supplies of paper towels, starter supplies toilet paper, and starter supplies dish soap Guest Access: Entire condo The Neighborhood: This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features all the amenities you could ask for as well as high end touches! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay). Getting Around: We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too. Other Things to Note: The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time. Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This studio condo sleeps 4 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. The fireplace is wood burning. We do not provide firewood. Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (Bring your own coffee) Interaction with Guests: The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

The view is great but the walls are thin so we heard our neighbors above and beside us all hours of the night. It feels like you’re staying at a hotel. The bed was decently comfortable. Overall, similar to a hotel stay with the convenience of a small kitchen but definitely a great view.

We had a great weekend stay at this condo. The size was perfect for two adults and would have been ok with a couple of kids as well. The place was modern and clean. The location was a big plus. Off the beaten path above Gatlinburg and away from all the busy streets. The view from the deck alone, was worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great 5 night stay.
The bed is in a nook with widows on 2 sides. It was awesome to wake up to the view of the mountains every morning. I even got to ride out a thunder/lighting storm one night! I would highly recommend for a solo trip or a couple at the most. Space would be extremly tight for more than 2 :-)

The property was nice and the views were amazing. The owners communication before, during and after our visit was amazing. The only complaint is the walls are very thin and we could hear the guests in the next unit and we also found dead bugs in the unit.

Place was cozy and clean. My only issue was the thin walls, we could hear our neighbors quite well. Other than the noise It was a good stay with a great view.

The cabin was amazing, located basically at the top of the mountain, the view is incredible. The cabin was very clean and cozy, perfect for a few days as a couple and to enjoy Gatlinburg. Would stay again for sure.

The space is simple and cozy and perfect for a weekend away! The best parts were the view from the balcony, the windows tucked around the bed, and the fireplace. The sun rises right outside the window (facing due east) which made for a beautiful morning. The blinds are heavy duty if you want to sleep in, but for us it was a pleasant surprise. It’s nothing fancy but it was perfect for what we wanted.

Only downfall was the walls were really thin, so you could hear a lot from neighbors and also the tv remote gave us troubles even after changing the batteries.. but seriously those were the only negatives and we weren’t in the room that much for it to be that big of a deal. I would absolutely recommend this place to a couple who needs a place to stay for a weekend getaway!
