Summary: After undergoing a complete renovation to this nearly 100 year old building, this apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, and gated parking. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, we are confident our place will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable visit in Oklahoma City. Just walk around the corner to the Plaza District, a newly revitalized part of OKC with retail, coffee, restaurants, bars, yoga studio and more. Guest Access: The entire apartment will be yours along with an outdoor patio in front of the building. Getting Around: If you won't have a car during your stay, there are electric scooters you can activate anytime around the Plaza district that can get you around the City! Other Things to Note: NO PETS ALLOWED NO PARTIES Interaction with Guests: We want to cater to our guests and only be as sociable and interactive as they want.

We had the best time at this property in the Plaza! It was cozy, cute, clean, and so wonderfully decorated with all of the amenities we could possibly need. I am looking forward to staying again!

We loved this location!! We came to OKC for a Thunder game!! Did some shopping within walking distance and ate at The Mule, it was sooo good!! Fun, cute area!!

There is plenty to do in walking distance of thiss place. We particularly enjoys The Mule and the pie place! Streets are very narrow. The apartment is very cozy! Wonderful place to stay!!!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in the Plaza district for 2 nights. It is an old unit that has been nicely renovated and decorated with modern appliances and furniture. It has the original exposed pipes in every room, which are rusting and not evident in the photos. Unfortunately, the furniture is worn and paint is peeling.
The price is good and despite some issues, which I hope will be addressed by the owner, we enjoyed being in the Plaza District, a small business area with shops and restaurants.

Lovely little 2 bedroom apartment in one of the coolest parts of Oklahoma City. It has everything you need from breakfast to WiFi, even white noise machines that we used for our little one. Definitely will be staying here next time we come to town.

The stay was great! The apartment was clean and we had all of the things we needed. Great location close to restaurants and a little district. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location for the money but there are issues. You can hear every step very loudly that the upstairs guest make so if you want a quiet stay this is not the one for you. There is no way to lock the front door from the out side so you have to use the back door and drive through gate when you leave even if you are walking. There is paint peeling on the walls in several places and some of the fixtures are mounted very poorly and loose including the sink base in one of the bedrooms.

We came down for the women’s college World Series, it was very clean, and we were able to actually relax. As some others reviewed the noise machine was a great addition! There is sooo many things to do near by that is just a walk away! Highly recommend :)

Overall visit was very nice, fun little neighborhood with bars and restaurants within walking distance. You do hear every step of the upstairs neighbor; it didn’t bother our sleep and we weren’t around much during the day so it was okay for the two nights we were there but it might bother some people and probably not my choice if I were staying much longer.

The check in instructions were very thorough & spot on! Loved the private parking, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the recommendations for food around the area. The owner was extremely friendly & we felt very taken care of. Such a cute spot!

We absolutely loved our stay in this quaint, charming apartment. Nicely done renovation of a classic apartment building with a modern flair. Very clean and well equipped with everything you may need. Gated parking was a plus. Our host, Joe, was always available and accommodated any special requests making our stay exceptional. Highly recommend!

Once we entered the apartment… we LOVED it!! It was extremely clean and smelled amazing. It was perfect for our friends. Beautiful Apartment
This property was amazing and conveniently located near food and entertainment. It is a very old building renovated so the upstairs tennant walking around is loud but not horrible. Very clean and spacious.

It was a nice visit.
The place was cute, and it was nice to have private, designated parking. It’s a downstairs unit so you can hear the neighbors moving around - but they provide nice sound machines that help! 👍 Look forward to staying at another property in the future.
