Two stories of luxurious vacation bliss await you at Penthouse Paradise 402 A, one of only four penthouse units in the entire complex. Better than direct oceanfront, because you will not only enjoy the great views of the ocean, but you will enjoy the sunshine all day long from the two huge balconies - one on each level of this two-level beauty. The ocean views are expansive, and the sunset skies are pretty cool too! You won't get this kind of view from the oceanfront! Spread out downstairs in the big family room - it's all bright and open to the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There's more than enough room for everyone! The family room offers foosball, a large TV with state-of-the-art surround sound, cable, and WiFi available throughout. Bring your tablets and laptops! The large main suite on the top floor invites you to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy your vacation. Rise and shine and catch the sun rising over the Atlantic from the comfort of your king bed, or enjoy your coffee on the oversize private balcony adjacent to the primary suite. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious deep bathtub, a separate shower, and space all around. The kids can entertain themselves for hours in the large downstairs primary suite complete with a private bath. A queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed allow six kiddies to comfortably sleep in this enormous bedroom. Things to Know This Penthouse Paradise welcomes extended stays! Check with the Vacasa extended stay team to learn more about rates and discounts. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We really enjoyed the penthouse, the layout and overall experience was great. A few small issues but nothing major. kitchen is well stocked. great for gathering with friends and family. The key cards to the elevators/ garage doors are a PITA and only working part time. the garage is tight but we drive a Denali and had no issues in either parking spot. The elevators are close to the unit. the living room furniture has been updated from the photo and its very nice and comfortable. bed is master is very soft and comfortable too. We loved the restaurant downstairs and Baja across the street!

The furniture is outdated and it leave pieces of the couch on your clothes. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Balcony furniture needs to be replaced

I’m sorry but this unit was filthy… sand in one of the beds … floors probably haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Living room Furniture needs replaced Stayed in a lot of these .. worst yet ‼️

It is ocean view and not ocean-front, but has two balconies. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony. Warning: parking in the garage is VERY tight.

The unit was not clean, although property managers were quick to offer assistance in correcting the situation. Our timing was not good. The building was under Construction, elevators were not working and while we knew the pools were not going to be open none of the other outside amenities were Available. Tables and grills, were one area we Had hoped to use. Our peaceful beach week was backed by the soundscape of construction. It was a slight disappointment. Also note parking is not for the faint of heart if you are driving anything bigger than a compact car. With 6 in our party I drove an Expedition and I had to do an extortionist act trying to get out of the car. The place has potential, unfortunately our timing was way off so we sadly overpaid for a 5 day work out to visit the beach. (Note bring a foldable wagon to get your things from your car to the condo!)
