This condo is awesome. Location is great, walk to almost everything, very clean and host was great to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo.

This was the perfect place to stay for our short visit to Memphis, super comfortable with nice amenities. Just the right spot for short walks to Beale St and National Civil Rights Museum, and plenty of dining options!

We stopped in Memphis for a quick 2 night visit. And the unit was ideal for our family of three. The condo was super clean well decorated and the kitchen well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The living area is perfect for 4. After a long day of walking the city it was comfortable to just hang out and play trivia.

Great location to be able to walk to Beale Street and the Blues Hall of Fame, which was one of our stops on our cross country trip. Host was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions within minutes. Lovely condo, very clean, and several nice touches to make it feel comfortable. We would stay there again!

If I come to Memphis again I would absolutely consider staying here again. We had a great time because of the location of this place to excellent food, drink and music. However, a big part of our fun was this amazing place and JR’s excellent communication

Clean, convenient, communication, contemporary Honestly the best rental experience so far!!! This condo has it all! Super soft, high end bedding. Stocked with the essentials that I usually pack-but elevated quality. Nice Coffee Selection, paper towels, t.p., bottled water, hand soaps, kitchen supplies, mints, etc. Nice touches like the seasonal decorative towels in the kitchen. I have never seen such attention to detail and cleanliness! My teenage daughter appreciated the vintage/industrial chic theme including the exposed brick, artwork, updated smart lighting, tv’s, speakers etc. Great location for most sight seeing options like Orpheum theater, Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., Blues Museum, Peabody Ducks, etc, etc Communication and suggestions from owner- superb! This rental has its own website with building history, suggested sites and restaurants! Only negative is the door to the main building slamming during high traffic times. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The property is walking distance from several nice bars and restaurants, as well as Beale St. The dedicated parking spot within the complex's secure gated area was especially convenient. J.R. was a very accommodating and responsive host who provided clear information on the check-in/out process and quickly answered any questions we had about the property and area during our stay.

Awesome experience! Very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner J.R. is a great host and communicator. Best of all is the location that enables you to walk to so many cool things to do and see while knowing your vehicle is secure in a gated lot.

JR was an excellent host! The condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved the gated entrance and close proximity to restaurants and sites. I highly recommend JR’s condo to anyone visiting Memphis! We will be back.

The apartment was spotless and full of everything you will need for a few days in Memphis. Water and Pepsi in the refrigerator and candy on the counter. A delightful selection of coffee and teas for the Keurig also. Very comfortable all around.

Beautiful apartment, tasteful and efficient. Very well stocked. Comfy and cozy. Neighborhood is transitional but we felt safe. Security is excellent. Lots of nice bars and eateries nearby. Walking access to the Peabody Hotel, Beale street, the orpheum, and short drive to Sun Studio.

Great location and nice apartment. It was loud though, being on the ground floor and the security lights mean it is never truly dark in the apartment.

This host goes above and beyond. Charming apartment right in the heart of everything you will want to do. The host provided great recommendations on places to go while there. The place is clean and comfortable with great decorating touches. Great shower and washer and dryer. Loved the solo cups and convenience of having anything we might need. One of the best places we’ve stayed!

Unit very nice. However the train tracks are very Close to unit. Trains run around the clock and are Very noisy with their whistle and long trains rumbling. The people above our unit were very loud every morning and evening. Very difficult to sleep while we stayed. Would not stay again.

Love the place. Fantastic location. Walking distance from just about everything.

This was probably the best vacation rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. Super clean and comfortable, and the location was spot on. We were able to enjoy great dining nearby as well as taking in the important Civil Rights Museum, which is literally right around the block. We even took a stroll down to the river to watch the sunset. The property is better than we ever expected and we hope to get the chance to return. Memphis is magical!

Super clean condo with everything we could ask for. The little added touches were much appreciated and the location could not be beat! We walked everywhere for food and entertainment and there was plenty of uncrowded areas to walk the dog. When we return to Memphis we will not hesitate to stay here again!!!

The property was great. Check-in was easy and the condo was very nice. The google nest integration was a nice touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. The condo is close proximity to the trolley line which made access to ll parts of the downtown area very easy. Overall the trip was great. Clean and comfortable condo with secure parking and easy access to all the sites. Would definitely stay again in the future.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, well appointed, safe, and convenient stay for your long weekend trip to Memphis with a host who is responsive & has thought of every little detail, look no further. J.R.’s apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions (National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel, Beale Street, South Main Trolley), along with plenty of great local spots, and easy access over to the Mississippi River. Looking for good food, coffee, whiskey, and beer? That’s all nearby, too! A location of Central BBQ is within walking distance (across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum). And the famous Gus’s Fried Chicken is around the corner (it was great for Easter lunch). Wiseacre Brewing has a massive location a couple blocks away. You can even see their sign through the trees at night. Old Dominick’s Distillery is also around the corner. We were able to bring dinner with us and eat on their rooftop. There’s plenty of other great food & drink nearby, but J.R has you covered there with his great guide to Memphis. The unit itself was perfect. Check-in was a breeze & we appreciated the smart home key access. The kitchen had anything you wanted to make a meal, brew a cup of coffee, or fix up a drink. There are two smart TVs (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) if you want to unwind at night with some TV or take a break from all the walking you’re doing. A Keurig for your coffee or tea fix. We also appreciated the Google smart home monitor in the kitchen as we have one at home & it’s part of our morning routine to drink our morning coffee & catch up on the news quickly. Lastly, the bed was super comfy (best sleep I’ve had in a while) and the water pressure & temperature were perfect in the shower. There’s even a washer & dryer in case you get too overzealous with the BBQ sauce on your ribs & get it on your clothes (I may be speaking from experience). Overall, a fantastic stay that I couldn’t recommend enough. We’re expecting our first kid this summer so it may be a while before we’re back in Memphis, but the next time life finds me heading to Memphis I’ll be booking J.R.‘s place!
