The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/views depending on where it is assigned by floor. Size 2,199 sqft Accommodates: 8 This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Penthouse Suite ocean front view features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom equipped with a private water closet and bidet. The second master bedroom comes with two double beds, while the third bedroom features a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms include a 49-inch HDTV, charging outlets in all nightstands and reading lights in each headboard. Both master bathrooms include free-standing showers, separate whirlpool tubs, bathrobes and slippers. The guest bath includes a glass-enclosed shower. The suite also features a private balcony, generous living room with separate dining area, a 65-inch HDTV and PlayStation 3 in the living room with cable, a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer. Grand Waikikian by Hilton Grand Vacations Club is a high-rise structure located in the heart of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa complex. Grand Waikikian is located near Waikiki Beach but is not an oceanfront building. Self-parking fee is $55 per day/car plus taxes and valet parking fee is $59 day/car plus taxes. Fees are subject to change. Please note: The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort (~$10-$30/night). A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in. NOTES: The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The property was as advertised—beautiful layout with paradise just outside the door. No problems with the owner, Cheng, who obviously takes pride in his business/property. A personal thank you to our host for making things seem less. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the Grand Waikikian. It’s indeed a little village with all the amenities that you can think of. The penthouse property was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, spacious, clean and it has 2 large balconies overlooking the ocean and city. Our host, Cheng was the perfect host. He explained all that was needed about the property and all the amenities. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home.

This property is just stunning. The layout is wonderful for a family and Cheng was so helpful throughout the entire process. I hope to return next year to stay here again. Location is superb and the lounge was a huge plus.

Mr. Cheng were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early . The property is so beautiful and clean. Executive lounge was the plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely will be back.

My husband and I had a rear time. Check in was easy and the condo had everything we needed! We spent a lot of time on the balcony cause the view was AMAZING!! Inconvenient to have all the amenities of Waikiki Beach right outside your front door.

Family of seven stayed here. Worked well for all ages. We really enjoyed the penthouse space. With our big group it was really nice to have the kitchen to be able to eat in if we wanted and to keep the bottomless-pit teenagers in our family from starving to death. Great location, wonderful penthouse, host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

This property exceeded expectations! The location was incredible and the views from the balconies were outstanding! We had all the perks of being at the hotel but the privacy of a condo.
