Each bedroom has a queen bed and desk/office space. In the main living room is a pull out couch that has an upgraded queen mattress. The sunroom has a trundle with two twin beds. There is a laundry room and full kitchen- with everything you need for home-cooked meals. The driveway is large enough for 3 cars (Max). The backyard is fenced in and a great place to lounge after a long day at the beach. The garage is closed off and used for owners personal items. Private access to all spaces besides garage, which is used for owners storage purposes. This property is conveniently located off Gulfport Blvd. Across the street is Stetson College of Law. Head right out of the driveway within 3 minutes you are in the cute and artsy community of Gulfport. Visit their smaller beach, great restaurants and breweries. Take a left out of the driveway and in 4 minutes you will cross the bridge and be at St.Pete beach (Rated #1 beach in the nation). Clearwater beach is 35 minutes away. Pass-a grille beach 12 minutes. Downtown St.petersburg is a 10 minute drive and a great area for shopping, museums and dining. No need to even leave the property when you have a backyard oasis with tropical plants, fauna and a small creek running through. Hang out here for a BBQ and happy hour! Enough parking for 3 cars. Can also accommodate trailers, RVs and/or boats. Best way to see the area and everything St.Pete has to offer is with a rental car.
