Situated in Running Springs, this charming house for $159 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Bohemian Tree House offers a beautiful open and spacious floor plan. Walking in you will be amazed @ the full open view windows throughout the Oak trees with city light views through the trees. The main level offers an open kitchen with full cooking utensils espresso/juice bar. Dining room has a nice large dining table and family room has a new Sony Bravia Oled smart tv, board games, new comfortable plush couches and a Swiss fireplace to enjoy coziness. This will allow your friends/family to enjoy everyone’s company, off the main level is a beautiful open deck overlooking the outdoor spa an massive yard with Oak/Pine trees and over 12 different fruit trees. Upstairs offers a private suite with walk in closet and full bathroom, enjoy a cozy reading area off to the side. Downstairs offers 2 large full rooms with bathrooms to accommodate extra guests privately and comfortably. Went with 3 friends to have a relaxing girls weekend and it was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and even had some spices that we ended up needed. The hot tube great for the 4 of us to enjoy some wine under the stars and the top balcony was dark enough to see the meteor shower.

For the adults: Pros-The kitchen was pretty stocked with pots and pans for cooking, plenty of plates and silverware, there were some spices left/cooking oil left, the beds are super comfy and there was wine in the fridge! (We didn’t drink it but it was a really nice touch.) Also, each bathroom had toiletries which was convenient!
Cons-only 6 towels but there were 7 people (when I contacted the host about it she just told me I could use the washing machine-not really what I want to do on my vacation). The driveway is SUPER steep. Both families have Subaru Ascents and didn’t feel like the driveway could accommodate even one of our cars. The only way we fit on the street level was to block the neighbor’s driveway a little bit. (We were told this was okay at the time).
For the kids: boards games, sledding hill (although the snow was pretty packed when we were there so it was a dangerous endeavor), kid friendly plates, great TVs. And a big bowl of chocolate! No cons!

We had a great time. Thank you so much for the delicious chocolates, wine, and champagne! The communal spaces were large and comfortable. The home was very clean. The bathrooms were clean. We brought sleds to enjoy in the backyard. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of snowboarding. The one difficult part for us was getting to the front door down the steep driveway covered in icy snow without slipping and falling :-)

This house is exactly as advertised, with a wood burning old fireplace (though wood was wet and we couldn't use it - bring a duraflame log!), a cozy couch, large kitchen, and comfortable beds. The large windows in the family room would have given a beautiful view if we had had decent weather, but we appreciated them nevertheless! Hot tub was already set to 98º when we arrived, which was particularly nice, considering the weather was frigid and we didn't want to have to wait for it warm up before using.
Kitchen didn't have a ton of extras like some places do (no plastic cups for kids, small bowls, oils, seasonings, cling wrap, etc.) so bring anything you absolutely must have! Was a nice large space though, and fridge had a working ice maker & water dispenser, which we enjoyed.
Whole house smelled like pot when we arrived which was a big turnoff, but I don't fault the owner for that - it did seem to clear out within the first few hours of our stay.
Overall, would definitely stay here again!

We rented the Bohemian Treehouse for a Lake Arrowhead wedding we were attending and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was exactly as described and we appreciated all the extra little touches the owners provided -- like champagne and chocolates, plus lots of choices for coffee. Beau was great, very responsive. The property was just as advertised and maybe even a bit better. The living room had such a stunning view of the sunset that picturesque and serene is an understatement. Overall highly recommend and if possible would definitely love to stay there again.

Great stay
This home is very comfy and in a great location. We loved everything about it. We did have a couple issues like the internet gave out for about half a day and electricity went out on just one wall throughout house but once we reached owner he was quick to help and fix. Overall wonderful stay!!! Perfect for families:)

My family and I stayed at “The Treehouse” as it is so aptly named toward the end of December. We arrived in the evening the day of check-in and were welcomed to a very inviting home. There was plenty of room for the family and pets to unwind or feel right at home in various spacious bedrooms. The location is great as it is right off of hwy 330 yet close enough to Santa’s village and Lake Arrowhead. Even had we not ventured out, the family had plenty to do in the spacious home and backyard. We look forward to staying here come springtime as we all loved our stay here. A very welcoming home for families and pets.

We stayed over New Years. Lots of snow! The house was close to town, stores and coffee shops. The view from the living room was amazing! Full kitchen, warm fireplace, a huge comfy couch with blankets, comfy beds and a quiet neighborhood. With the heavy snowfall the driveway was inaccessible and we had to park just off the main road above the property. It also made it quite difficult to get all of our stuff (and our parents!) down to the house with the steep driveway full of snow. Amazing location, beautiful home and Beau was extremely responsive. The back yard is huge, fully gated and great for pups. Thank you for having us stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Bohemian Treehouse. We went there for Christmas to enjoy snow for the holiday and it delivered. We got snow on Christmas day and enjoyed the view from the beautiful picture windows. The cabin provided complimentary champagne and chocolates and on our last night we discovered the his and her bathrobes lined with fur collars. The cabin came with high end toiletries and offered a Nespresso coffee maker with pods and a frother which we used each day. Although not decorated with fancy décor, it had many unique touches and offered personalized touches like the soft and furry Uggz blankets. The bedrooms were furnished with comfortable beds and everything was very clean. It was like staying at a relative’s home without the relatives. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Like I said, we enjoyed snow during our stay but the locals made sure the roads were cleared so travel was not difficult. I would advise going there during the day as it is very dark at night and there are windy roads. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we plan to return. Even my husband who usually only likes staying in high end hotel rooms loved it. I highly recommend the Bohemian for your next vacation.

I would recommend to anyone. Just make sure you have a SUV or higher profile vehicle. The slope is steep but wasn't a problem for our party. Kids had a blast exploring the three levels and the backyard was big enough for some snow play. 3 1/2 bathroom is very convenient when you are sharing with 2 other families.
Only thing keeping it from a perfect 5 stars would be a propane grill (property has charcoal grill) and some chefs knives. I believe owner will get knife set soon.
Will book again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying a couple days after New Year’s Day. It was an excellent place and very welcoming,and inviting just wished there was a high chair since I forgot mine. But over all kids had fun outside in the snow and neighborhood was quite and peaceful.and rooms where clean .Will be back next year ✅

The property was better than expected
The family and friends did not want to leave. The backyard was excellent and our furry friends loved it. Inside, we love the spacious but cozy feel. I won’t go into every little great details because we want you to experience the great surprises like we did. It was in a great location, a short drive to great outdoor activities. The owner responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Whenever we come back to the mountains this will be our first choice!

Amazing and Relaxing Stay Amongst the Pines!
My friend and I (plus my two pooches) came out from Orange County for a weekend escape. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and champagne, and gingerbread treats for the pups! It was a very enjoyable time for all. My dogs enjoyed the HUGE fenced backyard and I loved the cozy fireplace and outdoor jacuzzi. The host was very communicative and attentive to all of my questions. We would love to come back in the winter to experience the snow :) Thank you again for everything, Beau!
