Great location to many stores: very spacious for our 6 adults and 4 kids- not as many cooking items in the kitchen so just be aware you may have to buy or bring some stuff ( we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner )- overall, Very happy with the home..Very cozy.. could use some TLC for the backyard and walls but totally fine. All appliances in working order- would stay there again

Overall positive. They need a new wallpaper guy. The last one didn’t use enough glue on the edges but a nice place. I really liked the black out blinds in the bedroom.

We chose this home as it was able to accommodate 11.5 of us. It had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable in, three sitting areas, with a nice large kitchen. We loved the pictures when we had booked, especially the backyard. I wish I didn’t have to mention anything negative as we did enjoy our stay, but the only downfall unfortunately was the backyard it wasn’t what we saw in the pictures and my brother n law had wanted to plan one day to hang out in the backyard, he had planned a bbq and purchased things to do outside. He wasn’t happy about it when he saw it, so our bbq didn’t happen. Other than that the home is beautiful and like I said very comfortable to fit all of us. The side room off to the side of the house was amazing for anyone with handicapped needs. I have very bad knees and can’t do stairs very well so having everything I needed downstairs was very helpful. The location is great as the area has everything that is needed very close by. I mean within 1-2 miles!! :) Dining, shopping, etc. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and the house inside was very clean.

After years of using these type of services, I've been conditioned to expect the bare minimum. This place and host was what all of these should be. A complementary bottle of wine, some snacks, a nice card, plenty of blankets. And finally a sane and reasonable check out policy that treats me like a guest and not a free maid. I couldn't be more happy!

The house was clean and we had a wonderful time! We appreciated the host efforts to make our stay worth our vacation! We had fresh towels and fresh clean linen. I will come back

The property had the number of bedrooms/bathrooms that we were looking for but the property itself was in need of much repair and updating. Many of the mini blinds didn't open, there was a hole in the wall in the living room, the dishwasher leaked, the hot tub was hot but the water was really cloudy so no one felt safe going in. I could go on and on . In addition for such a large house there were a lot of kitchen items - serving bowls, pizza cutter, tongs. No blow dryers and when I texted the host about it I never heard back so web ended up having to buy some. Location was good for DC and local travel, but I would recommend unless they do updates.

Overall we were very pleased w the home and location. We were disappointed that the hot tub did not work. The home is spacious even for 11 visitors. Four couches to accommodate our large group. Furniture is general living spaces were in good condition. One of the couches did have holes in the wall behind it where someone reclined the couch without paying attention to what they were doing. I only noticed this because I didn’t want the couch to hit the wall. Dining room and kitchen were a perfect size for us.we were surprised that the tv did not have cable or satellite. All 3 tvs were smart tvs and high speed internet worked perfectly. We never ran out of hot water even w the large group. Bathrooms were in good working condition. The house was very clean. There was a card greeting us w a bottle of wine as a gift. Nice touch!! Owner sent messages on day of arrival and answered gyrations in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us to get on interstate back and forth to dc. The home is homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
