Welcome to my modern farm house near Syracuse University! Guests will have access to the entire home which is conveniently located in the heart of Syracuse. The property is on a culturally diverse residential block that has its own driveway. Guests will be able to enjoy the full property which includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people, full kitchen and full dining room. The property is located near Destiny Mall, Syracuse University, lots of parks, shopping areas and restaurants. NO PARTIES AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!
For your safety and the security of the property, there are security cameras located outside the home in the following areas:
Front door: Covers the entryway and faces outward.
Side of the house: Monitors the side/driveway
Back of the house: Monitors the back area

The space was lovely and fit our large group easily. Good communication with host. No real outdoor space other than small front porch. Would stay again!

We had a great experience. The house is incredibly clean and there are 5 beds that can sleep 2 people each so there is ample space for a group.
We were in town for a Syracuse football game and the easy access to campus and downtown was fantastic. I left something when we checked out and the owner was great about letting us get back in to grab it.
We would certainly stay there again.

The house was great! Unfortunately, no one got much sleep the first night because of loud music, yelling, and car alarms going off!
