This charming ocean view cottage nestled in the dunes is a 4 bedroom home with a laid-back atmosphere, amazing sunrises and easy beach access making it a tranquil and fun place to revitalize and spend time with family and friends. Beach access is a quick 1-2 minute walk from the steps of the house. Pick your serene spot between 2 large screened in porches - 1 on street side and the other oceanside, and 2 open, ocean view decks. Sip a cool beverage on the porch of your choosing while feeling the cool sea breeze and looking for dolphins, hawks, and butterflies. Walk to world class surfing at the washout, surf fishing or simply collect beautiful seashells. Utilize the outdoor shower conveniently located on the boardwalk to rinse off easily after your beach day. Beach Haven has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the left, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the right. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious for cooking lots of family meals, and has major appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, as well as several small appliances, utensils, cookware, and serve ware. Dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. Lounge in the oceanside living room with ample seating and smart TV. Access the screened in porch and the 2 decks with lovely ocean views from the living room sliding door. Relax under the house during rainy days with the outdoor couches, chairs, dining table and barbecue. Shoot some hoops and play h-o-r-s-e at the basketball goal! Other games, like corn hole and Jenga, beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrellas and boogie boards are under the house in the storage room. One oceanside bedroom has 1 king bed and a corner, ocean view, adjustable desk, if you find that you must set up a workspace while on vacation. A street side bedroom has bunk beds provided 2 full and 2 twin beds. The other oceanside bedroom has a queen bed, and the final street side bedroom has 1 king bed. These 2 bedrooms share another full sized, jack and jill bathroom. Relax to your favorite shows with smart TVs in each bedroom. A maximum of 10 people is allowed. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Folly Beach downtown area is just a short ride away.
