Situated in James Island, this charming house for $546 per night is a great option for your next break. 7 Night Saturday-Saturday stay required for summer months. I Sea 360...the name says it all! This vacation home has spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean and the marsh, all the way to the Sullivan's Island and the Morris light houses. The third floor, affectionately referred to as the penthouse, is a big attraction. Enjoy the bar with a sink, fridge and ice maker, 60 inch Smart TV, a half bath and two decks. The 20' X 30' ocean facing deck gives you plenty of room to enjoy sunrise yoga, afternoon happy hour and a night under the stars. The marsh facing deck encourages you to enjoy the vibrant wildlife as the tide comes in and recedes. This 5 bedroom home has 2 Master suites, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths and even allows pets, so be sure to bring your furry friend with you. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. Sorry, cats are not permitted. To maximize the views from the living spaces this house has an inverted floor plan, which means that there are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the first floor. The home boast soaring 10ft ceilings giving it an airy feel. The living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and one master bedroom is on the second floor. The living area has a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar and the dining table seats 10 guests. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a big TV. ***Great news, Charleston Coast Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer our guests a credit towards beach gear rentals! If you reserve this vacation rental for 4 - 14 nights, you will receive $250 credit for vacation gear!*** This property is licensed as a short term rental on Folly Beach STR22-00842 We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. Every home is designed to host vacation guests and we appreciate your understanding. This house was very nice! There was plants of space for our group. The rooftop decks had amazing views!

Our family and soon to be family enjoyed the Christmas holiday at your lovely home. We enjoyed the view of the lighthouse and the size of the house, so everyone had their own space. We had lots of rain during the time we were there and weren't able to see the lighthouse lit up as well as we had hoped. We enjoyed our visit.

This property was really clean, especially for being pet friendly. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of the trip. With views of thr ocean from 1 side and the marsh on the other there was no shortage of great views. The bonus from my perspective was protected parking in the garage with elevator to get rhe coolers up to the rooftop bar.

The property was in a great location with beach access walking distance away! We spent the days at the beach, relaxing on the rooftop patio, and exploring Charleston. Management was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We had 4 families with kids staying at the property and there were plenty of kids toys and activities for them to do while at the house. We would love to stay again!

Loved the property! Third week of may we always go to folly! We were married there on the beach in 2017 and we invite the family for some togetherness and its always a blast. Thank you for this years memories.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop decks on both sides are amazing with beautiful views. Our grandchildren loved the toys and little table and chairs and the guys in the house loved the 3rd floor bar area. It is a great family beach house. The best beach accesses are a little far so a golf cart would be nice to have. I would stay here again and if I did, I would rent one. The property management company was great to work with and easy to get in touch with.

Great house, the penthouse room and the roof decks were fantastic. The only issue we had was no hot water when we got there and didn’t know until shower time that evening. We called to report them problem and had to leave a text. Then on Sunday we called the sales/rental office and they got it fixed that afternoon. Then late Monday evening we lost the Wi-Fi and that wasn’t fixed until Wednesday afternoon. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We have a group if 8 adults that go to visit family every year. This has been out favorite house we have rented so far. There is plenty if room for everyone to spread out and plenty of roon to gather together for meals and movie night. The views cannot be beat on the top floor. We did not have the best of weather but the comfy chairs on the top level is perfect to sit and read a book and look up to see the lighthouse. We will definately rent this home again.

Our son got married at The Tides on Folly Beach. The wedding party and out of town guests stayed in other properties on Folly. We knew it was going to be a very busy time and I Sea 360 was perfect for us to come back, take a deep breath and chill between events! Thank you and looking forward to another stay in the future!

Wonderful Spring Break getaway
Our extended family of 11 had plenty of room in this gem. We loved the location. The sun decks and the bar/sunroom were a hit and perfect for watching the dolphins. We will definitely be back! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Wonderful beach house!! There was so much room for the 9 of us! We enjoyed the access to the beach and the short drive into town. It was beatific and relaxing we we LOVED the penthouse decks!! We can’t wait to go back again soon!!

Best views ever!
Tim his house had amazing views of the marsh and ocean. Easy access to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. Garage was secure and a nice perk. Only complaint is the kitchen was a bit sparse. We had to wash silverware after every meal to have enough and there was only six of us there.

Even better than expected
We loved this stay! Directly across from the beach, quiet street on Folly Beach with great restaurants and bars just down the road. A bathroom in nearly every room and a few guest bathrooms as well. Top bar room with two decks to the outside and another kitchen. It was clean. One thing to note is that it was difficult to get an Uber, and the wait time was 15-30 minutes each time and somewhat pricey to get into Charleston.

70 year birthday and reunion for 6 fun seeking gals
4 in the group were "healing". the elevator enabled us to fully enjoy the top floor. The large kitchen provided space for our creative outlet with seafood from Crosby's. the view of beach and river/marsh is a rare thing and we loved it. Rain and record breaking cold did not spoil. The inability to use the fireplace was the only problem. We suggest moving the TV and activating the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. rooms were well appointed. Bathrooms were above expectations. The property was spotless. Kitchen appliances were above level of most rental properties. I sea 360 is THE BEST. Be warned...there are no speed limit signs on the island and Folly's finest have multiple speed traps.

Perfect for our family!
This home has amazing views! Truly I Sea 360! It was very comfortable for our family. The upstairs penthouse was so much fun to hang out in. The elevator was a definite plus. Would definitely rent again.

Great location - beds need to be improved!!
The house was quite comfortable for our large group of 8 adults. Great location and all the locals in Folly Beach were really nice. Our only complaints are with the bedding--the only beds that folks felt were comfortable were in the 3-bed bunk room. All others mattresses need to be updated. In addition, most of the bottom sheets lacked the necessary elastice to stay on the mattresses.

Although the weather was rainy we enjoyed Folly and took in spectacular views from the crows nest and roof top porches. Plenty of room for quiet time and family fun.
