Bear Splash Adventure is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom cabin rental featuring 4,000 square feet of space. Built in 2019 by a trusted local developer, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out. Decks surround two stories and provide breathtaking views of the Smokies and an unrivaled spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset. Located in the Gatlinburg Falls - Hidden Valley Resort and just 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Parkway, this home rental offers coveted convenience to a laundry list of local amenities. Onsite features include a private indoor heated gunite pool, hot tub, arcade room, flat-screen TVs throughout and tasteful, hand-selected furnishings. The main floor of the cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom on this level will offer a king-size bed, an HDTV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub! The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements. The dining room features seating for 18 at the dining table and an additional 5 at the bar. Upstairs find the gaming area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Great stay! House had something for everyone!! Pool, hot tub, arcade games, board games, everything! Messaged to let them know of a few things just as an FYI (a remote missing etc) and they were very responsive!! Would recommend for sure!

We’ve stayed in many cabins in the past to celebrate the end of the year and never have we had such a horrible experience as we did in this particular cabin. From the minute we walked in we could tell the cabin was nothing like the pictures posted on VRBO. It was filthy, the air unit filter had layers of dust, you could tell it hadn’t been changed in ages. The area rug in the tv area was filled with dirt. The beds in the rooms smelled old and were filled with hair from previous guest, the bathrooms were poorly cleaned and half the tubs were clogged. When Morgan from hospitality was called to make aware of the situtation she was rude and seemed upset that I was complaining which I myself brought to her attention. The kitchen lacked cooking equipment, we ourselves had to buy pots and pans to cook. On top of everything if we wanted to clean ourselves the cabin wasn’t even equipped with a vacuum. When a family goes on vacation you expect to feel comfortable in a clean environment and we did not experience that at all, in fact we left a day early because we couldn’t take the mess anymore. The cabin itself was rundown , the pictures are a lie and this cabin is meant to steal your money. I will never ever recommend this cabin to any one or the agency in fact. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

We enjoyed the cabin and the bears often seen near the entrance to the cabins. There was a leak in the cabin from the rain. It did put a bit of a damper on the experience and I wish the rental company would have responded more deliberately with an on-site review. However, I know it was during a holiday and everyone deserves time with their family. Besides the leak and some adjustments to sleeping arrangements, the cabin served our family very well.

The Cabin was more than amazing and more than expected! We had 16 family members stay from ages 5-66 and they all had a more than Amazing time! We will be returning next year! My wife is a chef and she was impressed with the kitchen and items provided to cook meals!

Our group has been to Gatlinburg 3 times together and this has been our favorite cabin. It had absolutely everything that you needed. Great kitchen supplies, great rooms, fun games (except we couldn’t get the buck hunt to work), an Alexa for music, thermostats on each level and nice location into Gatlinburg.

My family loved this vacation spot. The house house very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The grandkids had a blast swimming, video games and a constant lookout for bears. Everyday we had bears walking all around the property. Big bears, little bears and bear cubs. IT WAS AMAZING! The location of the house seems like you are 100 miles from everything but really 15 minutes from everything. The scenery from our back deck was a picture perfect view of the mountains. This will be a vacation that our family will never forget.

We booked the place for the views and it didn't disappoint. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Indoor pool was a plus even though chlorine smell was too much if you don't open the windows. Kids had a blast playing video games.

The cabin captured the atmosphere you would expect being in the Smokey’s! The cabin had adequate space for 13 of us and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to make it work when we prepared meals at the cabin. More coffee cups for larger groups could be helpful though! The furniture was nice and gave the cabin a cozy feel. The pool and the hot tub were also a hit with our group.

This cabin was excellent! I love that everyone had their own doors leading out to the balcony, and their own bathrooms. Our kids loved the indoor pool and all of the arcade games. Perfect location to Gatlinburg which was so nice to avoid all the traffic! Beautiful views of Mt LeConte as well. The only things you should know is 1. The trash you have to take down to the entrance to a compactor. It’s not a big deal but just keep in mind! And 2. The only true downfall of this cabin to me was the kitchen supplies. Normally where I’ve stayed there is enough utensils, bowls, serving containers, mugs, etc. this cabin was not very well stocked so either know that going in or bring kitchen supplies with you ! You also have to download an app to obtain any information about the cabin, again not a big deal but was an added step. Overall wonderful experience and if we go on a big family trip again we’ll definitely stay here !

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and the views from the balconies outward were great. The first night we saw a mama bear and 2 cubs right below our balcony. During the entire stay we saw 6 bears total and several elk. The one thing they need to work on was the overall curb appeal of the grounds. Way too much construction and trash debris when looking down from above like roof shingles, pallets and general trash. It was not just this house and it's an easy fix. Money well spent. Thanks Matt and April for answering all our questions.

It was a very nice cabin, very spacious and clean. Only thing we had issues with was in the bottom bedroom were tiny ants everywhere. Some ants on main floor, but mainly in bottom bedroom. Overall great cabin! Can't wait until next year!

The cabin is very pretty but what you don't see in the pictures is that is it in a very crowded neighborhood; you can hear people talking on their decks all around you. Throughout our stay we found roaches- the mgmt company sent out an exterminator immediately but due to close proximity of the other cabins, I don't know how you avoid this problem. Not all the amenities worked which was frustrating when they are advertised so for the money, we wouldn't stay here again. We prefer more remote cabins that aren't right on top of other people. Sorry to have to share but I think it's important for people to know since it's not obvious from the pictures. Thank you.

This house is well worth your money. The view is just so amazing to wake up to in the morning! The sunset and sunrise are just so beautiful. The night sky is amazing with all the shooting stars. If you want a nice relaxing time with family this is the place to get. The location is great it's maybe 15 minutes away from all the fun and action Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. We got to see BEARS with their mommy infront of our cabin. The beds are all comfortable, everything was clean, there is enough room for everyone to enjoy. I will definitely be coming back to rent this cabin. It was just so beautiful here this time of year (October) . If I could I would give it a 10 stars

In the meantime we went grocery shopping. 4pm rolls around and still not ready. We finally were able to enter the cabin around 4:20ish. The housekeeper did not finish between 6:30-7pm. She was a lovely & a kind person and we felt it was a lot of cleaning that had to be done by one person for such a large cabin.
Other than that, we all had a great time and stay!

Our cabin was amazing and very clean and the view was the best

The location was nice. We had to drive over a downed power line to get to and from the property, which was a bit scary. The furniture was worn out and the floors made our socks black. The indoor pool was freezing cold, so we could only swim in it for about 10 minutes before it was unbearable. Luckily there was a hot tub. The hot tub cover was worn out and broken though. The rugs upstairs were both curled up on the corners, which caused a few of the kids to trip over them and fall. There was a cabinet in main bathroom that was chipped. One of the third floor bathroom toilets wouldn’t stop running causing us not to be able to use it. There was also a ratchet strap that was shut into one of the windows being used to hold a piece of gutter that had broken onto the house. For the price we paid I didn’t expect for the cabin to be so dirty and have so many issues. I would attach photos if I had the ability to attach them to this review. I highly doubt I would stay here in the future.
