We really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room and really clean. Nice little touches of snacks, toothbrush’s and plenty of shampoos to choose from. Great location by the University of Utah.

The house layout is odd, but the grandma decor is comforting. The hosts made this a wonderful welcome with snacks, a semi-stocked pantry and fridge and even a candy jar my kids did a dent on. We love the Federal Heights area - great walks and soooo close to campus and an easy shot on South Temple into downtown. The only down side is the WIFI - the signal does not cover the house well and the ISP provide is slow. I only mention that here because VRBO blocked ALL communication from us to the host through VRBO, otherwise I would have kept it private, though, we would certainly come again in a heartbeat only hoping for an upgrade in the wifi =). Great job and good value!

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The property was even better than the photos showed. Loved the patio and the beautiful backyard. Felt like home away from home. The host was wonderful to work with and the home was stocked with snacks, treats and toiletries in case you forgot anything. Would definitely stay there again!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and then it is so relaxing to sit in the backyard at night! House is close to the hospitals which was a must for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need! Would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, this has been the best rental experience we have had and sets the gold standard for how this should work. The house was immaculate, beyond well-stocked with necessities and more, and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

We stopped here for 2 nights to start our vacation. It was the perfect place. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6. We felt very secluded even though we were surrounded by houses. There were snacks upon entering, which the kids loved! It was just and overall really nice place. I would highly recommend it.

Angela was a wonderful host. Her home is warm, welcoming, so well stocked with nibbles, cold drinks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a den for the whole family to gather & watch TV / cable and games for kids & a lovely outdoor dining & sitting area overlooking a beautiful garden. We stayed 4 nights and it was superb.

Our stay was a lengthy one (over 2 months) and we enjoyed the house and location immensely. Angela provides so many nice touches to make you feel welcome. She was accommodating, responsive and willing to entertain requests. This is the third time we've stayed in the Salt Lake area and this was by far our best experience. This home is in the best neighborhood in Salt Lake City. It is beautiful and well taken care of. Close to children's hospitals, which is why I chose it. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We return to it next week. I can't wait. Our new home away from home in the city.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for a family of 5. The kitchen was very well stocked, which allowed us to cook most of our meals. Everyone also enjoyed the snacks that were provided. We will be back!

the owners had games for all ages and a puzzle. If you are taking little ones, throw in 2 AAA batteries for the fishing pole game. Plenty of size in rooms and extra large gathering/dining area also. We didn't spend any time in the yard, but it is well kept with many plants/flowers and even a fountain in back and bird-bath in front.

This house was amazing! The Vrbo photos don’t tell the complete story. It is much larger and roomier than We expected and it has a beautiful backyard. Our family of six had plenty of space. We went to a Utah Jazz game, a theater show, two museums and hiking…all within fifteen min drive. Hosts provided yummy snacks and great board games.

We had a lengthy stay in Salt Lake City over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier with the home. The location was perfect and the owner so gracious and hospitable. The neighbors were wonderful as well! Hope to visit again.

We spent Thanksgiving at this immaculate and comfortably-appointed home perched in an upscale neighborhood near the university. Great separation of space between bedrooms and the public areas of the house, and a nice backyard for hanging out in during warmer weather. Basic cooking gear (all nonstick) was quite new, and ground coffee and a coffee maker are provided (and therefore there is no coffee grinder). The host, Angela, even provided lots of sweet treats and seasonal decor for our stay! Angela was very responsive to queries, often replying within minutes. Those who are chemically sensitive may want to be aware that there is extensive use of air fresheners within the house (I think we counted 6 or 7 of the plug-in Feebreezes). Overall this was a very comfortable and cozy house in which to spend the holiday.
